Thanks for stopping in. I am currently a part time pet groomer working 6 hour shifts 3-4 days a week. I have plenty of free time to care for your little babe(s). I have worked with pets for 8 years now and would love the chance to work with yours. I prefer to stay in the homes of others, as I have a dog and a cat in a small apartment. I have been taking care of other people's pets for several years and have had a variety of animals of my own. I volunteer at my local pet adoption center where I walk dogs and take care of cats. I have a large shady yard with plenty of room to run and play and comfy rugs on my floors for pooches to kick back on. Playing with and loving on dogs is my favorite activity in the world!
I am also certified in Reiki which can be used on animals as well as humans.

Hello, I'm Karan! I have been pet sitting for over 15 years, and my daughter joined me about 5 years ago. I have dog walked, boarded animals, pet sat/visited, stayed overnight in client's homes, vet transported, fostered service dogs, you name it!

We just recently expanded our pet sitting business into us both of us being full-time sitters! We are always available to help with your pets! Both of us LOVE animals, all animals, so being able to take care of peoples beloved pets for them really makes us happy! We love our jobs! Clients pets feel like our own and we care for them like they really are! Even my daughters fiance helps out with dogs that come over. I've caught him many times cuddling with the teeny dogs when no ones looking!

AVAILABILITY
~There is almost always someone home to book appointments, set up meet and greets, and help you with your pet!

We do prefer your dog be okay with other dogs, though we do have 1 separate space for dogs who need personal space for things like anxiety or old age. Sorry no aggressive dogs!

SPACES WHERE DOGS SPEND TIME
__[House]__
Dogs will be spending time in our [living room] with the huge comfy couch as its the center of activity, but they are welcome to wander into the connecting open [kitchen], [halls], [bedroom] (where they can to get on the beds if the doors are open!), as well as the [study/studio] where my fiance Jason often is ready to snuggle or wrestle every time!
__[Backyard/Porch]____
The backyard is fully fenced in with a separate side dog run, has a shaded back porch, and has a large pecan tree to shade everything in the summer.
They are welcome to dig as many holes as they would like!
At night the backyard and porch are fully lit and neighbors dogs are often there to have late conversations hah!
___[Garage/Dog Room]____
Last but not least, my daughter Rachel decided to change the old boring garage into a separate comfortable area for dogs to hang out/sleep/eat/just be, as well into an open doggie playroom.
The garage is climate controlled, and is furnished with another set of living room furniture. Dogs in the garage have their own 2 couches, soft blankets, food and water bowls, area rug to roll on, and the coffee table to either jump on (like ours does....) or to chew on for the more anxiety prone dogs.
The room is stocked with stuffed animals, dog toys, and if a dog is alone they will have bones to chew on.
The garage also has several sized crates for dogs that do better sleeping crated.
This room acts as a second area when we are boarding more than two dogs, but really works great for dogs that need their own space during the day or when they sleep or eat.

(All dogs are switched out so that everyone has time inside with us, time to wander the backyard under supervision, as well as to relax or play in the dog room.)

HOW WILL DOGS HAVE FUN/BE COMFORTABLE
__[Dog play time]__
Dogs that are other-dog friendly will have a grand time with our playful Puggle, who gets along with every dog the moment they walk in the door!
If your dog is friendly, or eventually warms up to other dogs, most likely they will play all day long until somebody passes out, or we have to break them up into separate couches for nap time!
But don't worry, if your dog does not like other dogs bugging them all day, we have several places within her home and yard or they can have their own space to play.
__[Dog Treats/Toys]___
Almost every square foot of our house and yard has dog toys, stuffed animals, chew toys, and we have many bags of dog treats and ham bones.
Bones are given out when everyone needs a little bit of time by themselves as most dogs get a little greedy with the ham bones!).
There is usually someone in the house playing tug-of-war with a pup, or giving a belly scratch.
__[Walks/Runs]__
If your dog needs a little bit extra exercise, we have a great neighborhood as well as a park right behind our house.
Let us know if you want your dog to have some time on the leash, and don't worry if your dog is not good at not pulling the leash or barking at strangers, as our Puggle puts up the same fit!

__[Comfort]__
Dogs spend a lot of time within our home where they will have free roam of our living room, kitchen, and most of the bedrooms.
They are allowed to get on the couches, as well as the beds (space willing!), and if that's where they fall asleep at night, that's where they stay (unless they are crate trained)
Our living room has carpet and the garage has an area rug and dog bed for dogs who are trained not to climb on furniture.

If a dog needs to be kept away from ours when its bed time, or we have a new dog boarding with us, we have baby gates to section off multiple parts of the house and use the garage/play room as another space where they can be comfortable and get a little peace!

My name is Shavondria but most people call me by Shay to make it easier. Im 21 Years old and have a one year old son who walks and loves animals. I was a pet owner for 2 years then unfortunately my little one died due to medical conditions. I love ALL animals especially dogs they give me so much joy and love. Hello! :) My name is Teresa Fuentes. I have adopted and owned a five pets of my own! I have a 7 year old dog, named Lucy, an 11 year old cat named Layla, an 8 months old kitten named, Winnie, and I used to own two fishes and a parakeet! Being one of the three primary caretakers of these animals gives me a good amount of experience needed to fill any job requirement you ask of me! Growing up I have always been surrounded by animals, big or small, furry or with scales. To be in any field working with animals has always been a must for me. Animals are my passion. I care for any and all I come across as if they were my own. I have had my fair share of experience with dogs be it health, personality or breed in general. Each is unique in their own special way. I lost my baby PJ after 12 years of caring and loving very deeply for him. He was my non stop, neurotic, obsessive compulsive (about his toys) wiener dog. He has been gone a little over a year and while i am not ready to have another full time dog just yet, i do miss having a dog around. I will care and love your baby just as i cared and loved mine.

**About my home/services**
I live in an apartment. It is town house style so i do have a 6ft privacy fence that has concrete. I will take your family member out often to use the bathroom in the grass and lots of walks. If the stairs are an issue for your pet they can be blocked off. I will do anything you need to have done for care.

**About my neighborhood**
I live in an apartment complex with plenty of grass. I have a church on one side of me and houses on the other. The dog will be kept on a leash.

**What to expect**
I love to play with dogs and their toys. Lots of walks and lots of cuddles and kisses. I have no problem bathing dogs. They make me laugh after bath time running around like they are crazy to dry off.

**Special rules or requests**
I have no special restrictions other than they don't bite me. Thats kinda of important. I am very easy going and can adapt to your pets needs. I did a couple of pet deliveries across the country so any breed is fine with me.

"Play your ace" is an idiom that means to use one's best resource or to do an action that will bring success. Hiring me to care for your pet will never be a regrettable experience. I have had my adorable mixed pup, Ace, since 2015 and have had a love for animals long before that. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and hedgehogs.

I joined DogVacay mainly to get opportunities to interact with more animals and discover each of their unique personalities. I am an organized college student working part time and have good time management skills. Because my school schedule is set and I receive my work schedule monthly, I am easily able to prioritize my customers when needed. I strive to provide the best customer service as possible to pets and their owners.

I do not provide in-home services, but I do not mind making frequent stops or staying at a customer's home if they are okay with that. The reason behind this is that I believe that a pet should be somewhere they are most familiar/comfortable with when their owner is away.

I have a small home with 1/2 acre back yard fully fenced, no way to escape. I own 7 animals (5 dogs and 2 cat) so your animal will never get lonely. I offer lots of things like boarding, baths, cooking certain food, walks, and if there is anything else just ask and we will see what I can do!

**About my neighborhood**
I live in the old part of garland near centerville and northwest hwy. Nothing really happens here besides there is always children playing outside. its safe but I still keep an eye out for any possible dangers. I am right on the corner of a 4 way so I am very cautious and keep a eye out even when my animals are in the backyard. I like going to white rock lake to take dogs to the dog park its maybe a 10-15 minute drive and if you would like them to go that will be free because I like seeing them happy.

**What to expect**
Your dog will get a chance to go to a dog park for an hour or two, a long walk around the neighborhood, they can play in the back yard with all my animals (which is probably the same as a dog park lol), lots of cuddling is always welcome, fetch and tug of war is my specialty

**Special rules or requests**
I need the animals to be potty trained. Must be on flea preventive. They must be up to date on all there shots and I would like to see the record on that. they must be cat and dog friendly. please tell me if they are used to being around small dogs because I own a teacup chihuahua and some dogs dont know how big they are like my great dane lupin. they need to be completely healthy if they show any signs of being sick i will cancel everything and the dog will be in safe place away from my animals until you get them . I can handle dogs with medicine.please bring whatever will make your dog feel more comfortable like a blanket to sleep on that has the house or your scent on it!! IF YOUR DOG TENDS TO DESTROY THINGS WHEN BORED OR IN GENERAL PLEASE TELL ME AND PROVIDE A CAGE. dogs like to destroy things when they get bored like when their watcher is sleeping so I would like them in a safe place that they wont get hurt or mess up anything of mine. thank you.
