Hi everyone! Thank you for taking a minute to review my profile.

I currently work from home for a technology company, which means I am at my home most of the time. Working from home allows me to give personalized attention and care to your fur baby throughout the day/night while you are away. I treat each pet as if they were my own and create custom, individualized, "Pet plans" so everyone has an amazing experience.

I allow all the dogs to roam free in my home and be with me without being kenneled, unless the owner requests otherwise. I want every pet that stays with me to feel at home and be as comfortable as possible. I love spending time outside with the animals and allow them full access to the backyard. When the weather is nice I often work outside so I hangout with all of the dogs, and play fetch throughout the work day.

I am very flexible when it comes to drop off and pick up times. I know how stressful traveling can be and I don't want schedule a time to pick up your pet to add onto that.

In addition to boarding and daycare, I also offer routine services such as walking, playing, and transportation (taking dogs for checkups or appointments.)

I have cared for animals my whole life. I have owned dogs & horses since I was a small child and have also worked at as veterinary technician. I am a firm believer in always doing what is best for the pet and giving them the best experience while you are away. You'r four legged friend will have exceptional care while you are away.

Hi! I am an animal lover, rescuer, fosterer, and advocate! I love all animals big and small and have been around them my entire life! I have personally owned and cared for dogs, hamsters, fish, rabbits, snakes, and bearded dragons, but have also taken care of others' cats, horses, birds, turtles, and many more! I work with a local rescue volunteering and fostering as often as possible! I have experience gaining the trust of extremely nervous dogs, dealt with dogs that have had "disagreements", puppies, seniors, etc! I would love to be able to help your pet feel safe and loved while you are away from them! I currently only offer my services away from home as one of my new additions is still very worried about new friends in her home. That may change soon! I have been teaching at an elementary level since September 2011. I currently teach 1st grade in the Oklahoma City Public School District. I have owned a dog since I was 6 years old. I started pet and house sitting August 2015. I have experience with animals of all ages, giving medication orally or by injection, and caring for multiple dogs at one time.

**About my home/services**
I provide personalized In-Home, Overnight Stay, Summer Doggie Day Camp, and Drop-in Pet Care. Bookings can be made for future visits or last minute care. Dogs will be cared for as if they were my own. I also can bathe and trim nails if needed.

**About my neighborhood**
There are many parks surrounding my home. I also have a nearby dog park that I can travel to by car. My home is located in a peaceful, animal-friendly community. My neighbors own dogs, sit with them outside on their front porch and take them for walks.

**What to expect**
My home has pet-friendly furniture. Dogs can lounge around while I read, watch movies or do chores around the home. They can play with ropes, balls and other small toys. They can also receive dog bones or chips to chew on. At night, they can sleep in a dog bed, chair or my bed.

**Special rules or requests**
All breeds and sizes are allowed in my home. Barking needs to be kept at a bare minimum, due to living in a duplex. Pick ups and drop offs can be done at my home or I am willing to travel.

Hello! My name is Leslie and I am a dog lady! First off, thank you for considering me to be trusted with your pets.

A little about me: In addition to our 4 dogs, I also foster for OK Humane. I work for OUPhysicians as a Research Management Coordinator and am subject to regular background checks by my employer.

We have approx. 1700 square feet of space in our historic home for your pet to roam, a beautiful tree-lined neighborhood for walks, plus a fenced backyard for potty breaks. We allow free-range indoor roaming while we are at work for pets that are potty trained. We can use either crates or diapers to help pets that are prone to accidents. We LOVE small playful dogs- our Scooby thinks he is tiny and likes to share his toys with his smaller, high-energy friends. All of our dogs are friendly and have not had any aggression issues. All of our dogs stay up to date on vaccinations and heartworm preventative and are seen regularly by our vet. We welcome reasonable accommodations or special requests- just ask! We promise to treat your pet like family and will send a daily text or email photo or video update from your pet. We can also use a GPS-enabled dog walking app that allows you to see a map, time info, and even where your pet relieved him or herself during the walk!

We are flexible and can accommodate your pets' needs. We work Monday thru Friday during the day, but can sometimes come home for mid-day potty breaks if your pet needs more frequent breaks. We usually are not gone for more than 2-3 hours at a time on weekends. I am a daily runner and can take your pet for a morning run up to 4 miles per day on weekdays or up to 20 miles on weekends. If your dog has a high energy level or is prone to chewing, barking, or separation anxiety, going for even a short run does wonders! Our dogs eat Nature's Recipe Limited Ingredient or Nature's Recipe Skin and Joint dry kibble. While we are happy to provide food, we recommend that you send food to avoid tummy aches.
house has literally "gone to the dogs". We have even arranged the furniture in our home to facilitate caring for pets.

Our guests usually sleep in our bedroom or our Dog Lounge, a large master bedroom we now use as a big open space to play with the dogs. In addition to our king sized bed, we have a full size futon, several XL dog beds, plus plenty of comforters, pillows, and toys. We usually let smaller dogs sleep in the bed with us or in a crate if they prefer a crate at night. We allow pets on our large sectional and chairs in our living area. We do not leave our pets unattended outside for longer than a potty break (approx 15 minutes).

We are happy to administer your pet's oral or topical medication.

Restrictions:
We cannot care for aggressive dogs or dogs with current flea, tick, or other contagious infections. All pets must be up to date with rabies, parvovirus, and bordatella vaccinations. We also cannot care for pets who destructively chew unless they are allowed to be crated when unattended.

We require a meet and greet prior to booking for the safety of all pets. The Meet and Greet allows us to talk about your pet's schedule, let him or her explore the house with you, and allows us to introduce our dogs. It really helps our guests to not have anxiety on drop off day if they have had a chance to explore the house with theirfamily. Many pet parents have said the Meet and Greet put their mind at ease since they were able to see how much fun their pets were going to have!

I am CPR and AED/Basic Life Support Provider certified by the American Heart Association (human certification) with knowledge of applying CPR principles to pets. I have also completed the American Red Cross First Aid course.

Please don't judge too much on our ratings right now. :) After several long months temporarily living in a small town waiting to buy our house, we have officially found our home in Oklahoma City! There was not much of a market for pet boarding in that small town. This means our DogVacay ratings have plummeted. Location Location Location, right? We are well worth looking into!

We provide a stress free fun environment for your pets while you are away on vacation, hospital stays or business trips. Letting us care for your animals gives them more one on one time than a Doggie Day Care with less money out of your pocket. We have no children in the home.

I have been in animal rescue for 14 years and am well versed in Cat, Dog and reptile behavior. I understand and exceed all requirements for housing and cleanliness.

I work from home so your pet will have me on site during the day and night. I am comfortable giving special diets and medications.

We have openings for cats (Cats from the same household can be housed together). We play with a laser pointer and have catnip parties!

We welcome special needs cats! So we are comfortable giving fluids and medication. Caregivers deserve vacations too so they can keep giving awesome care. Ask us what we can do to help!

We currently have room for 3 dogs We have a VERY dog friendly and submissive Doberman as our resident dog. So there will be lots of opportunities to play and socialize. The dogs spend the night in their crates and/or beds. They sleep in the close to the bedroom so I can take care of any overnight needs. (IF they have a specific aversion to a kennel I have other arrangements. I am a big advocate of kennel training but part of that is never forcing the kennel :) Talk to us.) I have a large fenced in back yard. When the weather permits we go on hikes! We have laser pointer, pool and pup-sickle parties.

Have a dog not so happy to hang out with other dogs? We have space to have one dog kept separately if not dog friendly.

Cat Bookings: Please email us for availability. Even though our calendar says booked or unavailable, we almost always have availability to take in our feline friends! The Calendar just pertains to dogs. They are kept separate from the dogs unless you give the OK on a long stay for the cat to have chance to mingle, the dogs in our care of cat friendly and most important of all, the cat is comfortable and asking to join the dogs in the main room. Safety is by far the priority for all! :)

We take cats, dogs, birds and reptiles.

Reptiles and birds are welcome. I am knowledgeable with snakes, lizards turtles, tortoises, Parrots, Cockatiels and parakeets and skilled in administering medication (both oral and needle). You just bring their housing, lighting and food with them and I will do the rest.

All cats and dogs must be neutered or spayed, current on Rabies, Distemper. At this time we do not require flea and tick treatments but do recommend them. Especially this year! Check back for updates.

My name is Nicolette and I am currently a student at UCO. I only have classes on Tuesday's and Thursday's and work only Friday nights from 7-12. I grew up with animals ranging from dogs to rabbits to birds and I have loved them all. Half my childhood was spent in the country where I developed the love of running my dogs and racing them on my bike. The other half was spent in the city where I learned how to clean up after a walk in the park surrounded by running little kids (if you catch my drift). I am a very active person and love caring for all things, I normally babysit young children ranging from new born to 8 so I am very used to running around chasing animals. I love taking animals to parks or nice walks, I'm never opposed to running or taking a swim (bath time). Usually I allow the animal to eat and do some light playing as the food settles then hit the street or parks for some exercise. After I like them to get hydrated and then relax while I pet them or brush their fur. If it is necessary I usually give them a bath right after so their fur will dry by the time they are going to bed. In between those times I like to play with them or just let them relax if that is what they want. Usually my day depends on the age or breed of animal but I am always willing to go by an owners schedule.

I was raised on a farm. We had cattle, horses, dogs, cats and other wild things that ran across our property. My brother took Poncho hunting. Poncho was a daschund. He fetched birds that Greg shot. I had Poncho for 15 yrs.
When my kids were pre-teen agers, I found Cheerio, a blue heeler in a shelter. She was about to be put down because no one claimed her, yet she always smiled. We called her Cheerio and took her home. My son, Vance trained her to play, fetch and listen. Cheerio was smart! She took turns sleeping with all of us. She went down the slide every time we went to the park, and swam in the fast currents of the river by our home.
Silver was a Bull-Mastiff, St Bernard. Big and gentle. Every child in the neighborhood knew Silver. They came over and bathed him in my little kiddie pool. He was the largest, yet the gentlest, most loving dog I've ever owned! He slept with me until he could no longer get up on the bed. He died in June from lymphoma.
I love to play, talk and interact with dogs. They have personalities of their own. They listen to me. Even the neighborhood dogs come to see me. They like smelling my dogs on me. That makes them more acceptable of me. I also work with OKMRC animal resue; in the event of a tornaodo or other emergency; we rescue the animals, mostly dogs. When I talk to animals, they look at me and respond. We communicate rather well!
