It would be my absolute pleasure to watch your pup(s) while you're away! Me and my partner both have plenty of experience with all sized dogs and other pets. Rest assured, they will get plenty of walking and running (often on the quieter hiking trails in and around Victoria) since we try to get out with Suzie for 1.5hrs+ every day. And of course, your dog will get plenty of love and affection as well (belly rubs galore!).

I'm a graduate student and my partner works part time, so we are home in our inviting little apartment for a good chunk of the day. As mentioned, we also have our own dog companion, Suzie, who accompanies us on most of our comings and goings. So your dog won't be lonely, that's for sure!

I love all dogs, and would care for yours as if it were my own. However, out of respect for the neighbours in my apartment building, I would prefer to avoid cases with extreme separation anxiety expressed by excessive barking for long periods of time (a little vocal here and there is fine... just trying to stay in my neighbours' good books!).

Have you or your pet just come from surgery, I can help with your pets exercise, feeding and medications. Your pet will thank you for it! I like to help senior dogs and people with their pets. If you can't walk them, I can. If you can't get them to the groomer or vet, I can.

We have a wonderfully pet friendly condo, with one flight of stairs only. (I can carry them too!) We live across from a great park with lots of grass and trees and places to throw the ball and stuff and then a short ride to the ocean. I take them to local dog parks and hiking trails with tons of place to walk, sniff and see other dogs. If they like being outside all the time, we have 2 balconies that are safe and secure and they can see inside too.

I look forward to having your dog become a part of my family, in my home and relax with multiple walks, their comfort food, play time and on-going cuddles. In fact, he may forget you're gone!

Having animals my whole life, I have truly grown to appreciate the companionship and healing properties that animals give, adding so much love and nurture into ones life. House sitting would be at the owner's home, as I feel dogs are more comfortable with a new person when they are comfortable with their environment. The dogs get three long walks a day, and other activities such as throwing the ball are great too if the dog is allowed off leash.Everyone is really happy with the service their dog gets when I house sit, and can see that I truly have a love and appreciation for animals.

I am currently a graduate student at UVic, I have a flexible schedule which makes this opportunity a perfect fit!! I am a crazy dog lover but can't commit quite yet to having one of my own. I used to have a miniature dachshund so I am familiar with small dogs and my sister currently has 8, yes 8 dogs! From wiener dogs to St. Bernard's so I am very comfortable with all breeds. I have helped her through two large litters of St Bernard/Greater Swiss Mountain dog puppies (see my pictures). I am very outgoing and love the outdoors so walking and hiking is greatly preferred.

I love dogs but, as a student, I unfortunately don't have a lifestyle that supports having my own, so I'm offering my pet care services in order to fill the dog-shaped hole in my heart. I grew up in a house full of dogs and cats, so I am more than comfortable caring for either. My landlord, however, is not comfortable with this taking place in my home, so I offer services in your home only.

I am a 20 year old student that loves animals, specifically dogs. Unfortunately I am unable to host pets at my house for daycare of overnight, however I am more than willing to care for you pet in other ways. My dog lives with my parents, she is a 4 year old Lab who I mostly trained myself. I offer training, however I am not a professional or certified in it, which is why I offer it at a lower rate. However I have been training my own dogs for 10 years and they are all very well mannered and can do any trick you can think of. I can walk, train or check up on your pet. As I am a student I am only unavailable for about 3 hours a day, however other than that I am always free.

My place is close to walking trails and roads around are not busy, so your dog can have the walk that it needs. Including hikes around Mt. Doug!

**What to expect**
I will happily look after dogs with all kinds of needs and activities will depend on the dog's needs (cuddles, long walks, dog park)

**Special rules or requests**
I will happily look after all kinds, ages and sizes of dogs (so no limitations!). I have experience with leash pulling and possessive behaviors.

When I adopt my 2 cats, I know that I have a love for animals and I will need your help to achieve my 2017 resolution: pet all the kitties and puppies in the world!
I have experience in dealing with anxiety and separated animals. I especially love energetic dogs, I can run and play with them for the entire day without getting bored!
Our apartment is cosy and located next to Crystal Pool Park. We also have a fenced yard for "potty" purpose. Offered service in pet/ house sitting, walking, day care and boarding. We prefer any kinds of dogs that are under 80 pounds and vaccinated.
No Meet And Greet is required but if you wanted, it can also be arranged.

I am a mature woman who is retired on a disability pension. I have a fully fenced back yard and a balcony that can be gated. I have two very friendly dogs. Buddy is a 9 year old Great Pyrenees/Lab mix and Jinny is a 3 year old rescue mix from Mexico.

I previously boarded a boxer named Rosie for six months when her mother couldn't find a apartment that allowed dogs. Rosie is still a regular visitor.

Dogs at my house get lots of love and attention. Our day can include car rides to local parks and beaches or just playing in the backyard.

I'm an elementary school teacher. I can stay overnight in your home to make sure that your dog feels comfortable in your absence and/or provide your dog quality time to play and exercise. I am a very flexible person who can work around you and your dog's routine.

I had dogs all my life and I love taking care of them! I had a female Great Dane for 10 years. Now my dog is Howdy. She is a 8 months old rescue dog, mix breeds (staffershire terrier / corgy / catahoula leopard dog) and she weighs 35 pounds. She gets along with evey dogs! I walk with her 2-3 times everyday and I go to dog park 3-4 times a week! I love walking with my dog in the forest or at the beach. I will take care of your dog like if it was mine! She/he will receive all my love and attention during his stay!

It's important that your dog is fully potty trained. I can take care of your puppy/young dog, IF he's fully potty trained!!

I would like to know your dog habits, what he loves to do and what he doesn't like to do, because I want him to enjoy his stay, if he has any special needs, if he is an high energy dog or not, if you will provide his own crate or not (only for the small amount of time I won't be at home, for exemple, if I have some groceries shopping to do), etc. Does your dog chew things other then toys? Does he bark a lot, and if yes, when? Is he scared of something? Any other specifics needs about your dogs...
