Pet care experience
As a true animal lover I am happy to welcome a dog of any kind into my life! Whether you need a one time walk for your dog or a daily walker I am happy to help. I also provide trips to the dog park to increase your dog's socialization. I believe increased socialization helps with many things including obedience type behaviors. Please contact me to talk about a specialized socialization and walking plan for your dog and their needs. For example: My dog Tanner is high energy but still needs to keep up his socialization skills. I would recommend 3-4 days per week of intense walking and/or running for 30 minutes and 1-2 days per week visiting the dog park for an hour. I am currently going back to school to further my education in Canine Psychology and Behavior Modification. In the meantime I am excited to be able to assist anyone who needs a little help getting their dog the attention it needs. Below are a few things that make your experience working with me a little different: -Certified in Pet Nutrition and Veterinary Support Assistance including Canine CPR and First Aid -Taking classes to earn a degree in Canine Psychology and Behavior Modification -Willing to work with fearful and problematic pets -Experience volunteering with rescue dogs -Committed to making your dog feel like family just like my loved spoiled dog -No dog too big or too stubborn -True love and passion for animal care, training dogs, and keeping your pet(s) happy while you have to be at work -My loved dog Tanner is always around, I am happy to bring him on our walks so you dog has a model for proper walking techniques and/or play at the dog park -Independently Insured -the dogs in my life are always my first priority -willing to create a special plan for you and your dog including walks, drop ins, trips to the dog park, training, and whatever else we decide your dog needs -work at Banfield Pet Hospital as a Vet Assistant, so I have experience with medical care and special needs pets Please look up my business on Facebook for pictures and more reviews! Jenna was able to stop over last minute. She has a lot of experience training and working with dogs of all kinds and was very patient with our puppy. I appreciated how quickly she was able to make herself available and how she took the opportunity to work with our puppy during the short time she stayed.
Our 10 week old puppy had a great day with Jenna!
Jake had a terrific stay with Jenna. She was so kind and fun that Jake was comfortable staying with her for the first time while we were away for a day trip. Jenna took such great care of Jake that he didn't want to leave when we picked him up! I would highly recommend Jenna and will plan to use her again in the future.

I also work on force-free reinforcement behavior and training with your dog during their time with me at no extra charge. I encourage you to let me know what your biggest behavioral concerns are so I can work on them.
A typical day
We will go through walks through your neighborhood, I'm happy to visit your dogs favorite spots and avoid any place they dislike. We can hit the dog park for a game of fetch and dog interaction. If your dog prefers to cuddle we can just have some lounge time outside in the sunshine. For me it's all about your pup and what they need! If your dog is a good walker and likes to move a little faster I also offer to Rollerblade with them in the summer months. I am going back to school for Canine Psychology and working on my Animal Care business so dogs are my life and I want to help you in every possible way.
