I have been surrounded by dogs since a young age. Ironically when I was 8 yrs old I was bit on the face requiring emergency care & stitches. I have learned from my past experience what not to do & practice calm assertive energy with any animal I come into contact with. Being bitten did not defer me away from my true love & passion in life, caring for any animal (especially dogs) anywhere. I take my job seriously which means I examine stools, check for ticks, monitor abnormal behavior. I fell into working with dogs with behavioral issues & helping their owners practice consistent effective communication with their pet.
