My name is Nathan and I have grown up with dogs all my life. My wife, Shelby, and I have each never lived without one, and we have a 3.5 year old golden retriever of our own. I have spent time volunteering at multiple humane societies/shelters in various cities I’ve lived in so have experience with dogs of all backgrounds and circumstances. I work from home in Denver and will be able to give your dog all the attention it needs and deserves. I'm loving, responsible, dependable, detail oriented and most importantly have a natural ability to connect with and understand your dog. Being active myself, I’ll maximize the time spent with your dog in a way that makes sense for them. This isn’t a job for me, I’m passionate about caring for animals and it’s something I choose to do for added joy in my day. That does not mean I take the trust you’re putting in me lightly. I’ve used Rover to find care for my own dog and understand the anxiety that comes with leaving your love one in the care of someone else. For boarding and day care, I have plenty of space inside, a fenced yard and am a short walk to wash park. I have a 3.5 year old golden for your dog to play with but have plenty of space to keep them separate if preferred. For walks, I’m happy to bring my golden along for the walk if he’s available, but only if okay with you. I will never let your dog off leash unless specifically requested and always provide plenty of photos!
