Pet care experience
I've lived my entire life with dogs, and have never met a dog that I couldn't get along with. I just said goodbye to my retriever and not quite ready for my next dog, but would enjoy watching your pup for now. There are plenty of quiet blocks in my Andersonville neighborhood for long walks, and I'm close to the Montrose Dog Beach if your pup likes to play in the water. I have a roommate who is also a dog lover, but since I work from home I'll be the one responsible for taking care of your pup. If your pup is really sociable my Cross Fit gym is dog friendly and lets the athletes bring dogs into the gym. We tie them to a weight so they stay in one spot, and throughout the work out athletes will walk over and say hello.

Our dog loved his time with Clint! He got to go to cross fit and get a lot of attention, plus he got along well with another dog Clint was watching (we were okay with a 2nd dog for the stay after Clint asked us). We got multiple daily updates, and Clint was flexible on pickup/drop off. He also provided thorough feedback at the end of the stay. Genuinely loves dogs and is good with them. Definitely recommend

I have my own dog crate and food/water bowels. Generally the dogs I watch hang out with me in my office or bedroom. They can sleep on my bed, their bed, or wherever they like.

A typical day
I go to a Cross Fit gym that is pretty dog-friendly. Everyone ties their dog to a weight in a corner, and they get constant pets from people as they come and go.

I always work from home Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I sometimes have to go into the office though. Dogs that stay with me get 2 long walks a day, can join me at my Cross Fit gym, and generally get lots of attention.
