Fantastic have used numerous times.
We've used Wendy plenty of times, and we love her. She's always available when i need her, and she keeps me updated on my pooch when I'm away. Ziggy loves going there. Wendy is a very nice lady that loves animals. I couldn't have found a better person.
Well, he came back alive.
I am new to the Greenville area and needed a pet sitter. Scheduled a stay sight unseen due to a last minute cancellation prior to my international work trip. I did not get to do a in person interview so my first impression was while dropping him off. When dropping him off the first thing noticed was the house smelled of urine, the floor had quite a bit of filth, and there was a motorcycle sitting in the entry way. There were also lots of barks coming from a room in the front corner of the house, which at the time had the blinds shut and door inside closed. Talked to the young girl for about 15 minutes and asked about the barking. The answer was they had two litters of puppies. Asked to see them and was kinda shrugged off. Cant say for sure on this but the barks sounded like small dogs not puppies. Wendy did send a couple pics that he looked okay while I was out of the country, so I felt okay about situation. On my arrival in the afternoon the sounds of barks could be heard again. I would approximate this to be 6-10 dogs in total. After knocking I heard her enter the room in the front corner of the house and after a minute or so she came to the door with Mr. Bootz. He was ecstatic to see me as usual which was good. I picked him up to let him give me kisses, he smelled of urine, and was filthy (dusty). I can understand the dust as he loves to play outside with other dogs but the urine was not a good sign. I wanted to get out of there as quick as possible and did not confront her about the issues that were noticed. As I was exiting the dogs were still barking and the shades happened to be open some. Peaking in for about 2 seconds I could see the back wall was nothing but crates stacked 6-7ft high. Likely 3 crates stacked on each other stretching the length of the wall. I noticed her walking in and didnt want to let her see me so I quickly darted away. All in all he survived in okay health but the concerns of being crated "petsmart style" while people are home is something that bothers me. If you want a cheap place to keep your pet then this is it, but if you LOVE your pet please look elsewhere. I will not be using this location again.
Our dog is always happy to spend time with Wendy and her pet family. This was a special time as we went away for Christmas and we are very thankful for Wendy's opening her home for our dog. Her female dog had puppies 12 weeks ago and they were so cute. If anyone in the Spartensburg area is looking for a Yorkie that is raised around loving humans this is the place. Great that there is a fenced in yard.
I was really nervous dropping Donatello first to Wendy, but turns out she was great! She sent pictures of Donatello daily just to reassure me that he was doing okay. Definitely board with Wendy!
Wendy was great! She watched tootie for 3 days during working hours while I was at the Siemens plant. By the end of the 3 days my tootie was wagging her tail when we pulled into wild ivy ' s drive way every morning!
Wendy took good care of our pup while we were on vacation, even with special care following a recent injury.
I enjoyed the email pictures I received during Lucy's stay. She seemed 'perkier' when we brought her home compared to when we had her at a kennel. I would use Wendy again!
Very convenient to I-26 and I-85. Was a short notice and we were happy Wendy could take our Grand-dog for 2 days. It's nice to have someone that relates to dogs 10 pounds or under. Thanks Wendy for being available.
Wendy is awesome! We had a great time with no worries at all. Wendy sent us a picture 2 hours after we dropped her off showing just how comfy cozy are girl was. This was a repeat stay and will be repeated again and again.
host was great. The only "small" challenge is that the house was a little challenging to get to. Otherwise Bosco came back home perfectly fine.
Everything was perfect!
Wendy is great! Respond to our message very in time. Gave us Shadow's photos every other day. Our shadow enjoyed very much there. He fell asleep very soon when I picked him up. I've found a good place for Shadow!!
Stormy's first vacay away from her home and with people she didn't know seems to have been a success. She was under a table when picked up, which is normal for her, and very excited to see my husband when he arrived.
Wendy told us she did well and she ate well too. We will definitely use Wendy again in the future.
Wendy was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Mochi came home healthy and happy. Would definitely use her services again. Thanks!
Wendy is so wonderful! From her kind, warm demeanor to her adorable resident doggies, our puppy felt right at home. We're incredibly grateful for Wendy's thoughtful photo texts and updates. We no longer feel guilty leaving for vacation.
