Welcome to our dog loving home. For over 30 years, my passion outside of my career, was rescuing senior or abandoned dogs and providing them with a safe, loving forever home. The hardest thing about traveling and leaving my dogs is I hope they are loved and well cared for when I am away. So when your dog stays with me, they are loved the same way my dogs are here at home. To give your dog the best personal care and attention, I only board one at a time, but consider two, if from the same family or are compatible and have met on a previous booking. Since I am a stay at home dog lover, your pets have full time supervision, along with hugs, love and belly rubs, while you're away.
My services also include, visits to your home if you prefer your dog to stay in your own home, and will go as often as you like to keep your pet company, walk, play or hang out with them for the time you request. I offer dog walking, and day care, overnight boarding and pet transportation.
My inspiration to become a host was to give dog owners peace of mind their dog is loved and looked after while they are away for work or travel.
Our home and yard is planned out with dogs in mind. Your pooch can roam outside in the fully fenced back yard or make themselves at home indoors. Your pet can choose to be indoors or outdoors during the day, but sleep inside at night. There is also a super sized shaded porch for day time lounging with dog houses that lead out to a fully enclosed 6 feet tall fenced backyard.
My residence dogs Trust, a lab mix is about 9 years old rescued on an island and Detective Blue, a loving 11 and 1/2 year old Basset Hound, rescued when he was 5, and the happiest dog on the planet. Blue and Trust welcome dog pals, but being older they tend to sleep during most of the day. Being on a quiet street away from busy traffic makes it ideal for dog walks during your dogs stay.
Meet and greets for day care and over nights are required in advance of confirming any booking. Feel free to message for more information.
