Jess was able to help us even with short notice. She was very fast with her responses. There was some confusion with the pricing in which the website estimated $25/day but the actual rate was $70 for 7 hours of daycare; nevertheless we were happy to pay and it all worked out. When we arrived we were delighted with how Jess established great rapport with Sparky right away. Her house and yard were very dog-friendly. Her husband was home also and it was nice to have two people providing care. My dog was not used to cats and was impolite to her wonderful cat, but by the end of the day they were napping together. The highlight of Sparky's stay was getting to play with their AWESOME puppy Hamilton -- Jess sent a wonderful video. When we picked him up Sparky was calm and happy and ready for a nap.
