I am a teacher who is also an animal enthusiast. My first apartment was purchased for the purpose of saving a Pitbull for a family that was in a financial bind and could not keep their pet. Sadly, Pitbulls are put down each day due to the misconception of the breed, and I knew I had to help in some way.
I fostered their wonderful three-year-old for nine months. During that time I studied everything related to dogs including various breeds and the best methods available to ensure the well-being and longevity of the pet.
While in my care, Kiara found another mother in me. Kiara was an extremely picky eater and I went through various methods of food (including cooking meals for her) to ensure she was eating. A comfortable room was provided to her to remain in while I worked where she had ample food and water.
Everyday, she was walked three times or more a day. Our walks would range anywhere from a fifteen minute radius to a run through the park together.
I live in a cozy one-bedroom apartment with a full living room and kitchen. Pets have access to all areas of the household when I am home.
I am providing more than just a typical pet sitting service. I am extremely maternal and see pets as more than just pets. Pets are our children, they are a part of our family and must be cared for and loved as such. While in my care, pets will truly feel a “home away from home” feeling.
You will feel safe knowing that they are in a comfortable, protected home where they will be given the utmost attention and care.
Plan a home away from home for your pet today!
