Lee Ann was great, very friendly and great with our dog. She even let Abby take a bone with her when she left!
We left our dog Daisy, a four yr. old yellow lab
with Lee Ann in June. I was impressed immediately
with Lee Ann's skill with dogs. The setting is beautiful and a dog's dream come true. Daisy loves being in the woods off leash with other dogs, water to go in,
and kind humans to be with. She had it all
with Lee Ann. We were able to attend my daughter's wedding without a worry. Lee Ann sent emails
and pictures that were wonderful!
Lee Ann worked with Daisy on how to be with a cat, and how not to jump on people. I could see right away that Daisy respected and listened to Lee Ann in ways
that I am still learning how to do. I hope to engage her help in the future with dog training.
We were happy to have found Lee Ann and can't imagine sending Daisy anywhere else!

With a new, young, active shepherd and long-standing vacation reservations, we were in a panic. Boarding Cleo seemed out of the question. Despite all the extras we might pay for, there was no way she would get the exercise and care she needed for yet another transition so soon. Coming across Lee Ann's name on DogVacy was a stroke of extra good fortune for us, and we got more than we were even hoping for. Lee Ann is extremely knowledgeable about dog care, training, health, and psychology. She dealt with any issues that came up with competency, compassion, and gentle authority. Cleo had a Glorious vacation herself playing with friendly dog companions in the partially-forested fenced-in dog yard, taking serious walks in the forest, and sleeping on her own bed in the living room. It was an incredible relief to know that instead of "dumping" our dog so we could go have fun, she would be having more fun and better care than at home. Doggie Club Med! And we all learned so much from Lee Ann - about canine care, diet and health, and training issues, more than we did from the vet - and Cleo learned about walking off-leash, how to behave w/cats and actually came home a overall better trained dog.
