I am retired and have many years teaching school and training dogs. I live in a condo and we do not have a fenced yard, but we take walks every two hours and have a large field right off my porch that we can play in on a long lead. We practice tricks, eat snacks and love taking naps, usually on my bed. My shelties love to have company and my cats are dog friendly. I am interested in boarding only one dog at a time so that they can have special attention. I have tile floors and disinfect them every other day and before visits. I am with the dogs "almost" 24/7. I do have a size limit of a maximum of 25 pounds.

All dogs MUST have an up to date veterinarian record showing that rabies vaccine, bronchitis vaccine, and distemper/Parvo vaccine are current. You will need to list what type flea/tick preventative you use and the most recent application. My dogs are registered therapy dogs and are required to be on heartworm and flea meds and my cats are treated bi monthly My unit is treated inside and out by both me and our HOA. Since dogs are walked outside, owners are responsible for their dog to be treated for parasites and communicable issues.
We welcome dogs that do not show aggressive behaviors. The purpose is to have fun.
