About Bekkah

7 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
I have two dogs of my own. A 6 year old Beagle Mix and Catahoula/Lab puppy that is one year old. Both are house trained and use our large doggie door to go in and out, out and in, etc.

I take my two on a jog each day ranging from 1 mile to 3 miles. Then, later we take a walk in the day for about 20-30 minutes depending on how many blades of grass are smelled.

I work from home so the dogs are never unsupervised and most of the time spend the morning after our walk and afternoon sleeping at my feet.

We play fetch, tug a war and they get plenty of belly rubs.

The oldest dog is very friendly and very good with kids. Obviously, the other is a puppy and is full of energy but has 0 interest in being a leader or at the top of the pack.

My husband and I both have been around dogs our entire lives. We have owned working dogs and mutts looking for a home.

We are open for questions and hope to meet you and your furry friend soon.

Stella and Cynda loved their stay with Bekkah and family. It was such a relief for us that we could go out of town and not have to worry about our fur babies at all. We highly recommend them for your animal sitting needs.
Bekkah, AJ, and their pack are wonderful hosts! Our Cody enjoys his time with their family and two pups. Great communication throughout his vacay. He always comes home content and relaxed, so we know he has a great time. Bekkah's photo and text updates help us to know that he is settled in and loving his vacay at her house!

Our Cody stayed with Bekkah and her two sweet, docile doggies and could not have been more happy with how at ease we felt while away. Bekkah was diligent about sending updates of Cody via text. What really drew our attention was how spacious their house was, the big backyard, the fact that Bekkah likes to take the doggies on lots of walks and runs around their neighborhood's plentiful parks, and their calm demeanor. My wife and I are definitely going to rely on Bekkah again, and you should, too.

I cannot say enough positive things about Bekkah. The day we dropped her off we flew to Texas and upon arrival Bekkah called us to say she had noticed our dog had worms. She then took Kya to her vet that same day and started her on deworming medicine. She has great vet connections and cost was minimal, but more important was that Bekkah is obviously very observant and caught this problem when we had not even noticed. Kya came bac to us happy and healthy.

Bekkah was awesome! Her two dogs kept my dog Winry busy. Winry has separation anxiety and we have tried kennels in the past and she would destroy her toys when she was left alone in the cage; in addition, those big name stores with kennels didn't seem to care for her the way that Bekkah did. Her house is full of toys and she has a big back yard for play time. Winry came home well exercised and ready for some snuggle time! We will definitely use Bekkah in the future!! :)

Bekkah (& family) were AWESOME! Not only did she take my 2 dogs on fairly short notice AND over a holiday weekend, she was flexible with my pickup/drop off and gave me daily text updates/pics which allowed me to enjoy my trip much more.
Upon pickup my dogs were so calm and chill, a huge change from their stays at a kennel/boarding.
This was my first time using DogVacay, but I plan to use the site and Bekkah again.

My puppy had a great time with Bekkah and her family. She was very good about staying in contact with me while I was away, giving me updates and letting me know what he was doing! I will definitely use her again!
