I've known Masaya for 1.5 years. While I was going through a rough time, he helped me manage my three dogs and consequently, my sanity. I appreciate his communication and reliability, and my dogs love him. He's a funny and cool person, and trustworthy and simply nice. I never worry about my fur babies when they are under his care. It's one less thing to worry about, and my dogs are so much happier being boarded at home when I'm on vacation, than at the vet. At the vet sometimes they eat less--I believe it's the stress. It's nice to have someone to watch them in their familiar surroundings when I'm gone; their safety and health are important to me and having a contact to ensure that is something I really value.
