About Kelsey

3 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
My whole family is very excited to start looking after your pups! As a family we fostered two pups until we were ready to adopt one of our own. We spoil him rotten and can't wait do treat your little one as a member of our family.

Does your dog HATE being left alone? Ours does too. In fact, Gambit enjoys being with other dogs so much that we take him to Daycare on some days even when we are all at home. He can also be quite the couch potato and can easily match any dog's activity level. We have a lake nearby that we typically take him to during our walks. We are currently working on a fence, but do have lines so dogs can run freely outside (always supervised). He also loves dog parks and if yours does too we can make the day of it!

Our family also has two rabbits and a bird. While our beagle gets along with them very well, they will be caged while any new dogs are here to avoid issues. Because we have experience with small/exotic pets, we would be able to care for them to on a case-by-case basis.

Kelsey has watched our dog a number of times, and we are constantly impressed by the care she gets while with him! She absolutely adores his whole family, and acts completely unimpressed when we come home. That is a true testament to how loved she feels while under Kelsey's care. He is extremely responsive to any questions or directions we have during her stay with him. I don't trust anyone with my dog as much as I trust Kelsey and his whole family! You will not be disappointed if you hire him.

Kelsey's approach to caring for pets is not merely his responsibility, another chore to complete and mark off a to do list. He does it lovingly with an understanding that his dog, bird and two rabbits are totally dependent on his care, making sure their needs are met before his. He also understands that food, a clean area and an occasional walk is only part of that responsibility. It appears to me that playtime is not just for the animals, Kelsey has as much fun as his dog in and out of the house. He has managed to introduce a wild rescue rabbit to cohabitate with his pet rabbit. The bird has abundant free-time out of his cage during the day and eagerly comes to Kelsey when called.
