Horrible experience. Scheduled to watch my dogs in home. Came to the house 3 times for 5 minutes each time verified by the camera system throughout the house. When I called him, he was rude and insulting. When asked about taking the dogs out to potty, his response was that they wouldn’t go outside and he didn’t know to pick them up. He also said he didn’t know he would have to stand outside so they could sniff around before going. Because I was uncomfortable at the end of the conversation (if you can call him insulting me a conversation) I told him not to go back to the house. He was supposed to meet my roommate at 5:30pm today to deliver the keys. When I spoke with him he said he wasn’t sure when he would decide to bring the keys. When my roommate got to the house this afternoon, he had left the keys in the door. Not under the mat or in the bushes. He left them in the actual door. In my opinion,He has absolutely no business watching dogs. Im assuming the only reason he has good reviews is because people don’t have whole house camera systems to visualize what’s happening or not happening. His excuse for not staying with the dogs was that they weren’t playing with him. Going forward, if my roommate is unavailable to watch the dogs, I will take them to Camp Bow wow!!!

Alec is super flexible and reliable! My dogs love him. Alex walks my dogs while I’m at work because my schedule has changed recently and they aren’t used to being alone that long. Knowing they will get walks has alleviated my worries about whether they will make a mess or chew things up. They are always eagerly waiting for me by the door when I get home as if they are looking for Alec!!!!
