They call me The Dog Piper!! It has been an ongoing joke amongst my friends .. yet so true! Dogs just gravitate to me and I absolutely LOVE IT!! I'm not sure what this world would be like without these amazing, adorable fury babies.. Never mind!! I don't want to know!! I do know that they're the best companion God could have blessed us with! My love for dogs started at a very young age, growing up in the Islands, where dogs were somewhat free to roam (at that time). The community took in a stray or two, while I took in a tribe:) I was allowed to have as many as I could care for and I cared for all seven of them. I learned how to groom, feed, and care for their minor injuries. I also had the opportunity of assisting in a few births. Although these strays would come and go as they pleased, to me ...They were my dogs. This experience taught me patience and the awesome UNCONDITIONAL LOVE these babies give. Last October, I unfortunately had to put down my dog of 12 years. she was a rescue. People who were afraid of dogs or just never liked them, (within an hour or so) loved my dog Dutchess! She was well loved by many! Although my heart has not healed (to adopt another dog), I feel the best step for me is to show your baby all the attention and love I can give. It would be therapeutic and fun! I'll happily spoil them and then return them:) Tina...or Brett:)
