Hi! We're Britta and Brian, we're dog lovers living blocks from close to some of NE Portland's best parks! We're from Minneapolis and moved to Portland this past summer with our girl, Nellie, after a stint in Boulder, CO. To say we're a pup-oriented house may be an understatement. Our world revolves around Nellie's daily walks and playtime. Nellie is a rescue that has been with us for 2 years. She's from South Korea, where she was rescued from a farmers market ready to be sold to be eaten. We've worked through her nervousness around people, so have a lot of experience with both shy and peppy pups! Nellie loves having fur friends over - to play or stay! She goes to doggie daycare 1x a week and is a dog park regular, so a great play friend. If your pup or pups come and stay with us, you can expect a lot of play time in our fenced yard, walks through the neighborhoods, trips to Wilshire or Fernhill park or the nearby school and, most importantly, a lot of love and affection. At night, Nellie has freedom to sleep on our couches, in her bed, or with us. Your pup would too - or, if crating works best, we are versed in that as well! We'd love to have our dogs meet beforehand to ensure it's a smooth visit. Can't wait to meet you and your fur babe!
