Tyler was a bit slow to respond to messages and accept the reservation, he accepted it after the indicated drop off time. It was my Chorizo's first time being away from us and he didn't do well. Tyler requested that he be picked up after 2 hours. I told him I was at work and could not pick up until the next morning and he contacted my daughter to drop off Chorizo. When I contacted DogVacay's customer service they told me that hosts are supposed to contact them first so they can help before contacting the pet parent. I'm sure he tried his best but he charged for an entire day of care when my dog was with him less than 3 hours.
