Only one restriction, your dog must be house trained, but if they are learning already I can make an exception. If you have a crate, please bring it with you because a dogs personal crate is where they will feel the safest and most comfortable! I have a dog of my own and he loves his crate to sleep in at night. Also, it would be helpful if you brought their own food and food bowls. I supply grain free / gluten free lamb kibble because my dog has allergies, so I can make an exception it just makes it easier for everyone! :)

My townhouse has a walk out deck, grass area in the back, and a garage that walks out into the front of the house to make it easier and more agreeable for dogs of any age! I have my own transportation and live close to a park, so I can take dogs for walks in wooded areas, give them baths, administer medication, and provide overnight boarding.
