**About me** I am 25 years old and work freelance with a couple of local event companies. I don't have any pets, so I can give your dog plenty of attention! I am very loving and energetic and very attentive. I've been a foster for rescue dogs on several occasions and have enjoyed dog sitting through this site as well. **About my home/services** I live alone in one bedroom yet spacious condo in a very safe neighborhood. I have a huge comfy couch for dogs to relax on. Dogs can sleep on my bed if they so choose. I also have a car so I can take the dogs on adventures such as to Sunnybrook park (requiring prior permission from the owner.) **About my neighborhood** I live in a busy intersection. However, there is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood right behind my building. I am a 10 minute drive to Cedarvale Park and Sunnybrook park where there are lots of trails. **What to expect** Tons of cuddling, watching movies on the couch, playing with toys (provided by the owner), long walks. There's space to play in my condo. But I can also take them to their favorite spots, depending on how far away they are. **Special rules or requests** Please provide food, treats, and toys Let me know prior what sleeping preferences he/she has Must be house-trained No aggression or chewing and ripping clothes/shoes Pick-up/drop-off in the lobby of my building

My name is Alvin. I have been a member of Rover for more than a year. My dog name is Ziggy, a 26lbs Corgi. I booked a stay with Taia from Thursday 29th July to Tuesday 03 August. I had to modify to Monday 02 July at 6pm because we were coming home earlier. I asked her for a meet and greet. She said she will be fine. I got charged for a penalty fee, which i understand. We left Toronto for Montreal on Thursday. As soon as we left, Taia started calling. Asking why Ziggy is barking so much. I told her to take him for a walk. She did and was fine. The next morning she asked to come pickup Ziggy. There was absolutely no way i could come back. I do not even have a car. She said she has final exams. Why would a sitter take a stranger dog when they cannot commit to it.? This is absolutely not right. How can you expect an owner to come back when you took a commitment and sign a contract? I will never leave my dog with this person again!! Think twice before you leave your baby with her. I called the health and safety division at rover. Spoke with a lady in the morning and Emily in the afternoon. Both were amazing to resolve this situation. Got a different sitter after 8HOURS. Unbelievable
I booked last minute and Taia was very accommodating with my changing schedule. She is very patient with dogs. Asia has pretty serious separation anxiety and Taia was able to settle her down and cuddle with her while I was gone. She was also very understanding when Asia had an accident on her carpet. She made a tough experience manageable and I know Asia appreciated that!
Taia was absolutely incredible, Opie has never come back so happy! Would highly recommend her to anyone
Taia was great with Joni & setup her stay on very short notice over the holidays. Joni has a lot of energy & it was great to feel good about where she would be staying. Thanks Taia!
