Located in the Clairemont county of San Diego, I live just close enough to both hiking trails and Pacific Beach. 15 minutes to the Boardwalk of Pacific Beach and 15 minutes to the Tecolote Canyon Trail, my services work well with dogs who would like a bit more fresh air around the neighborhood. I've even taken my 13 year old dog as far as Coronado Island just to let him roam free in the Coronado Island Dog Beach with other pets.
To describe myself personally, all I can really say is I grew up taking care of my dog, as well as my family's dogs, for a good 10 years. I'm much more comfortable with older dogs, but I'm very open to learning more about younger pets or even pets I've never owned myself. Scaly friends, furry balls of joy, and even feathered beauties are definitely valuable experiences I'd like to learn from.
From staying in doors on rainy days to nightly walks, most of the time I've spent with Caramel (my sweet Beagle) consists of both play time together or simply lazing about. We both like to cuddle in a hammock in the backyard or even play chase INSIDE the house, all while paying careful attention of his old man aches.
The only few restrictions I have of now include allowing dogs to stay within the house due to two dogs already living here, Caramel and Pie (a lab whose full name is actually Sweetie Pie). As much as I would like to allow 2 or more pets within the house, it may take a few weeks for Caramel to adjust to having more visitors within his space. In the future, I may change my availability options to comfort Caramel due to his age and needs.
