Hi puppy parentals!
What's my favorite pass time? Looking through the SPCA site! Frequently, as a matter of fact, to tease myself with the possibility of adopting a loyal four-legged companion since I cannot have one of my own at this juncture in life. Dog-sitting is the next best thing for me-- I go gaga for any type, any size, any age.
I loooove doing errands with a furry friend, and love showing them off at the duboce park dog park which is only a block away from my place. I have a loving boyfriend who's best friend is a dog (I know, it's sort of messed up) so we are usually watching our friends' dogs together, and fighting over them. In the past, We were both pretty strict with my dog who I rescued from Mexico-- whose name was Fidel. He recently passed from a heart attack that was very sudden and we miss him very much. Point being, I can be both strict and easy going, depending on your comfort level. I love walking our furry friends both on and off leash. If you allow them, I tend to sneak them a little snacky-poo here and there with moderation, of course. Especially when they deserve it!
Our house if quite clean, we have boarded cutie-pies with severe food allergies and they never once got sick from picking up any food from the kitchen floor or elsewhere. There is ample space and enough people home constantly as well as several couches for our canine friends to hang out on. I should point out also that I am a full-on cuddler. If there's a dog in my bedroom, they'd better be sleeping on my bed (unless they are not allowed to, then I honor that).
I am very communicative and will keep you informed of how much fun your doggy is having while missing you via text, Instagram, etc. Again, depends on how much correspondence you'd like.
The photos are taken in our house, with dogs I have looked after in the past:)
I look forward to meeting you and your child(ren).
