“We have a Berner that is almost 3 years old and she has been staying with Kira and her family since she was a puppy. I can't give anything but the highest rating for Kira and her family. It is always hard leaving a beloved pet with someone else, but we never worry with Kira. Winnie has a great big back yard to play in with other dogs and the personal attention she receives to be part of the family is second to none. Daily updates with photos of how well our pup is doing puts our mind at ease while we are away. We always know that Winnie is being treated as part of the family and gets tons of attention and play time. Logistically, Kira is always flexible and amenable with drop offs and pick ups and their home and space for the dogs is set up wonderfully. Our dog has more room to roam and play than she does at her own home! We have been repeat customers with Kira multiple times over and will continue to plan to be for years to come!”

“Although the snowstorm was at its best, Aga took care of Kana. We were so happy, that we found Aga for our very spontanous weekend away where we couldn't take our pup Kana with us. So it was wonderful to see, how good he had it at Aga, how he could play outside in the snow as well as feel cozy at home. Aga has sent us several photos that showed how comfortable Kana was. Also, the communication was great from the beginning, prompt and absolutey uncomplicated. I would definitly recommand Aga for dog boarding. “Sandra was simply amazing - we couldn't have asked for more. Our family was going out of town for a long weekend, and we couldn't bring our (75 lb) fur baby with us. Having never used Rover before, we were unsure of how the process of trying to find someone to watch him on relatively short notice would go. We found Sandra's profile, thought she would be a good fit, and sent a message. Sandra replied extremely promptly (in under 30 minutes!), and provided a lot of helpful details about her availability during the dates we requested. She was extremely transparent and upfront about the service she could provide and the constraints she had, which very much put us at ease. After trading a few messages and deciding this was very likely a good fit, we arranged for a phone call to discuss details. We spoke for 20-30 minutes, in which it became exceedingly obvious that Sandra has had lots of experience with dogs, and understands that each dog is unique. She asked all the right questions about food, medicine, schedule, routine, kids, other dogs, etc. At this point, we really had no concerns, but decided to do an in-person meet-and-greet at her place as she was close by. She showed us around and gave us a sense of what a typical day would look like with our pup. Everything seemed great, so we decided to move forward. While Sandra was watching our dog, she sent regular updates (with cute photos!) reassuring us that he was doing well and having a good time. When we went to pick him up at the end of the weekend, it was clear that he had really taken to Sandra and was extremely comfortable around her. Sandra gave us a detailed rundown of how the weekend had gone, and shared some things she had noticed (e.g., our dog didn't seem interested in breakfast one day). We would book with Sandra again in a heartbeat!!”
