My friends already use my home as a pet hotel, so I figured I'd offer my services*** to the masses. I don't have a dog of my own currently but my last dog Oreo has become a bit of a cult hero since his passing. His viral obituary has been viewed over 400,000 times. Check it out for a good read:
I enjoy the company of all dogs large and small and they seem to reciprocate. I work from home and can guarantee three hearty walks per day (minimum). I have a small patio where dogs love to sun themselves as they watch the celebrities pass by all day :-). I can't host heavy barkers as I'm on the phone at times for work. I can only host house broken pets. (No pee pads please!) I'm definitely the leader of the pack and can usually help with behavioral issues over time.
I love photographing dogs too, as all of the above photos can attest. I'd be happy to send you pictures and videos and keep in touch with you throughout your dog's vacation! All of the full sized photos I take will be yours to keep. Many of my clients report framing them and even using them as Christmas cards!
*** Dogvacay is a hobby for me it's not my job. I travel often for work, so please check my calendar for availability; I try to keep it updated. I'm generally not available on Thursdays and have a standing daycare reservation with a friendly pit bull on Wednesdays. While I appreciate that people often need to make accommodations for future events; unfortunately I can't always commit to dates far in advance because I don't know my work travel schedule. I'm usually available for last minute bookings however if my calendar is open, so don't hesitate to ask or request a meet & greet. Also, please let me know if you prefer me to watch your dog solely. I often get last minute reservations while already hosting other dogs. If your dog isn't friendly with other dogs, let me know. Thank you!
