This was my first time using Dog Vacay. Due to a family emergency I had to leave town for the weekend and unfortunately could not bring my dogs with me. I messaged Joanne the night before and received a response right away. I chose Joanne over other sitters due to the fact that she lived close by, was flexible with allowing pets on the furniture, and had a Beagle and Boxer (as I do). At first I felt guilty leaving my dogs behind, as I have never left them more than a day before, but once I met Joanne and saw how all 4 dogs got along my mind was put at ease. Further reassuring my anxious pet-parent mind were the pictures and mini updates I received daily. When I picked them up on Sunday it was clear they had a great time! I would highly recommend Joanne's Vacay :-)
