About Natalie

40 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
I have a spacious home with plenty of room for furry friends to run around. My neighborhood is nice and has sidewalks throughout. My two boys and I are regular neighborhood walkers and have a 1.5 mile route that we walk most days. My yard is small and unfenced. Dogs only use the yard first thing in the morning before I am dressed and when I get home. They are always leashed and monitored in the yard.

My boys are crated during the day. This is their preference and crating is optional for guests.

Other resident critters are four chinchillas. The chinchillas are caged and kept in my office so guests can see, but not interact with them. Some guests can find this distracting. In these cases I close the office doors to keep them out. Also, my sister's two cats are staying with me temporarily. Both cats are older and used to being with dogs.

I have had several senior dogs so am very familiar with their special needs. My house has no stairs so it is easy for seniors and those with disabilities to move around.

I am very experienced working with all sizes of dogs, however I prefer not to have large overnight guests unless they are older. I can also make accommodations for dogs with some food aggression issues, but cannot accept dogs with any other aggression issues.

Missy is treated like a queen when she stays with Natalie. It's comforting to know she has all the comforts of home when staying there!
This was actually our second time taking our 7-year-old, 9 lb Yorkshire Terrier, Vinnie, to Natlaie’s dog vacay. We are sending him to play with her and her pups again this weekend already for a third time, and we plan to use her as long as she will have us! Natalie is a very nice person with a very nice home. She has her own dogs, so Vinnie has other dogs to play with (or ignore when he’s grumpy). Natalie is good at communicating with us and is very flexible. She also sends several updates with pictures each day, which we absolutely love. Usually the pictures are of Vinnie snuggling up, going on walks, or smiling ear to ear! It’s so nice to leave for the weekend and know Vinnie is in such great hands. Thanks Natalie!

Natalie was great! She sent me photos and I felt very comfortable leaving my little Prince with her, so much so that I will definitely be using her again!!
Excellent experience. Charlie loved it.
Natalie was great! We will definitely use her again in the future.
Natalie took good care of my Westie while we were away. She took the time to meet with us prior to our trip and sent lots of updates/pics while we were gone. I would absolutely recommend her to take care of your pets!
Natalie was great and I will use this service again in the future
Natalie was great even that one of my dogs is not so friendly.
Natalie was great. We were able to visit with her a few days before the pups were going to stay with her for the weekend and meet her pups. Her home is ideal for this and she has so much experience with dogs, I definitely felt comfortable leaving the pups with her. She sent pictures and messages daily to let us know how they were doing. She feel in love with them and they fell in love with her. When we picked them up they were happy to see us but seemed very comfortable there. I highly recommend Natalie.

I would recommend Natalie to anyone that needed a pet sitter. She was very accommodating to both Lady Bug and myself. Lady Bug had a wonderful vacation and met new friends. Natalie also suggested things I should bring to make her time with Lady Bug more pleasurable.

Natalie took care of our Yorkie and did a fabulous job! I think Champ had almost as much fun as we did on vacation!!! She was very caring and attentive; sent pictures and updates. Highly recommend!!
Annie had a GREAT time at Natalie's home. She has two new BFFs in Alvin and Oscar. She came home the kind of tired that comes from a busy day. Annie arrived late morning and had an evening walk that night and a walk before I picked her up the next day.

I really appreciate being able to schedule with a little less than a week's notice. Natalie was cheerful and very knowledgeable about dogs and I was very comfortable leaving Annie with her. Her experience with a range of ages and breeds was important as beagles can be a challenge. I also felt that should Annie require any special care, that Natalie would be up to the task.

Natalie's home was very orderly, yet dog-friendly. Annie raided Alvin and Oscar's toy box, but that was not a problem.

I will definitely request Natalie's service again soon with the idea that Annie will become a "regular", as I travel almost weekly.
