My husband and I live in the Pikesville/Greenspring neighborhood of Baltimore City. Most of my life I've enjoyed the companionship of dogs, and in fact, I consider them more as "family members" rather than mere canine breeds. In fact with my own brood I bathe them, trim their nails, brush their teeth, monitor their diet and exercise and take them for annual checkups and shots. We are presently catering to small female only breeds (preferably less than 15 lb). Small breeds will work best for our home environment and outdoor doggy door size.
Our resident dogs, Lily (first time mommy of six gorgeous puppies) a six year old red min pin; daughters Tulip and Didi 10 1/2 months old and grandma Iggy 10 1/2 years old. Our dogs generally welcome new friends after an initial "getting to know you" period.
We welcome dogs that are friendly around small children (our grand kids) and other dogs. All dogs must be vaccinated and some sort of flea prevention treatment is required. We are happy to give meds to your pets, if needed. Guests sleep where they feel most comfortable, plenty doggie beds throughout the house or in a crate. Our guests have access to a large fenced and secure yard with lots of shade. Running around the yard, sunning themselves on the deck, maybe viewing the birds or squirrels make each day an exciting adventure. We love our "girls" and do all that we can to make our place a pleasant home away from home for your treasured four legged friend. Whether for a few hours, a few days. daily or even a Staycation while you vacation, you won't be putting your animal in the "dog house" when you come to Sho's Greenspring Camp.
