This stay was a complete nightmare! I dropped Tilly and Buzz off Friday morning with all their things. I was on the road to Florida when I got a text saying Tilly was having diarrhea all over the place, and if this was normal. I assured her this was not normal, and tilly must be sick. She said she only gave the dogs their food. I think she may have given them the whole roll of soft food as I use for a topper on their dry food. This is what had most likely caused the diarrhea with Tilly. Then, now I'm in Florida trying to enjoy my 3 day vacation, and I get another text saying that the leash she put on Tilly broke on she ran in the road and almost got hit by a car!!!! I told her, when I dropped the dogs off to use the gentle leader on Tilly because she pulls, she obviously disregarded my suggestion. Then, she continued to tell me via text, that she just can't handle my dogs. Now, I'm out of state with no one to care for my pets. I had to call a friend to come and pick up both dogs and take them back to my house. I nearly had to cancel my trip because of this woman, but thank God I had a few people to call, and my airbnb folks even stepped up to help me. So if you need a pet site, think twice before you use this one. She is unprofessional, and does not do well in stressful situations. Luckily rover.com was understanding and offered to help me find another sitter and refunded me.
