My name is Shanille I live on the North Shore with my boyfriend Jon, dog Kona and cat Rosie. My brother will usually drop of his dog Smoke, the brindle pitty in the pics. I grown up on the North Shore and have lots of experience with dogs and puppies! I used to work at a Dog Day Care you may know it (A Spot for Spot) working there gave me the chance to work with big dogs, medium dogs, small dogs and puppies. I have had experience with a lot of different dogs working at the dog daycare and caring for a lot of other dogs growing up. My fiancé(Jon) and I have rescued a cat Rosie, she can be kept separate if your dogs not the best with cats, we’ve done that before. Kona is a super friendly Husky/Shephard mix and would love to have a buddy to hang out with. Kona is is super friendly with all dogs and people and loves ripping around on the trails. I’ve watched dogs through Rover and family friends for years, I’ve always been a dog person and love living so close to trails

Shanille is fabulous! She took care of our two older dogs over the Xmas holiday and gave them lots of love and plenty of walks! She is reliable and friendly and I have no hesitation in asking Shanille to watch our boys again!
Shanille was great! Was able to accommodate my husky over the holidays on short notice. Sent me photos of him celebrating new year's eve with her. Would definitely use her again, highly recommended!

I make sure the dogs are comfortable either at their own home, mine and outdoors. I watch for body language and make sure I earn the trust of the dog to ensure we have both have a good time hanging out together and follow any info given by the owner(s)

What the typical routine is like ( feeding schedule, walking schedule) Also if he/she will be okay with staying with my dog Kona. And how the dog will be around cats?
A typical day
Depending on what you and your dogs routine usually is, I will work around that. I've taken dogs close by my place to Ambelside dog park or Capilano Regional Park. I love going for hikes on the North Shore, can even take your dogs to the dog park or just relax at home, The dog and I will have lots of fun playing together and lots of cuddles.

Availability
I am currently working full time - walking distance from the office so weekends work best for availability. We have a fenced yard when it’s nice the two dogs usually like to chill outside and sunbath outside on the beds. Weekends are for adventures, we like to walk local trails or for a drive and do a good hike to burn energy or head over to Inter river and Lynn Headwaters for the dogs to go for cool down dip during the summer.
