Very flexible and accommodating. Suki seemed to enjoy her time with Noelle and Phillip. I received a picture or two during her stay. No drama or fuss. Pretty great stuff!
It was great! There was some confusion on dates and I wish they sent more pictures, but all in all my dog enjoyed himself and was well taken care of.
Our puppy Belle had a great experience here. It was a short stay but she came home happy and had no problems. She had an infection and needed medication and they gave her the pills no problem and kept her from licking the area like she was their own. I would easily recommend them.

Phillip is a great host. Very good communication. My dog had a good time there. Thanks very much!
Prince loves coming to stay with this lovely couple! He gets lots of love, affection and is well taken care of! I really appreciate that they keep their prices down.
Nice and very flexible with drop off and pick up times
Fantastic! Relaxed, attentive, and super accommodating. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
I am so grateful to Noelle and Phillip for keeping the price cost effective for those of us that travel a lot for work. After reading their reviews, I knew Luna would be in good hands. She's a rescue and has separation anxiety so she's always a little stressed staying with others. When I came to pick her up, after a week stay, she greeted me and then went back to playing with a toy on the ground. Speaks volumes for how comfortable she was with Noelle and Phillip!

This is the third time Tolphin stayed with Noelle & Phillip. They took very good care of him. Will definitely book again in the future.
This was the second time that Ace & Rafiki stayed with Noelle and Phillip, and both times we came home to happy and healthy pups. They were very flexible and accommodating-- would definitely use them again.
thank you for everything! My pup had a great time with Noelle & Phillip again!
Always the best host for our little buddy. Noelle and Phillip were more than flexible with our vacation plans changing. Marley had a ball here. We highly recommend and appreciate them!
Noelle and Phillip are great hosts! They are very accommodating about arrival and pickup time. My pup was well cared for and seemed to have had a great time.
Scout loved Noelle and Phillip's house! They are so nice and accommodating. I could tell Scout had a blast with them, and they were extremely flexible in terms of pick up and drop off. Thank you both for taking care of Scout while we were gone for over a week!

They were awesome, no pawsome!
Noelle and Phillip. I'm so sad that we cannot use their services any time soon, as they were the most wonderful hosts for our dog Kuma, that we can ever express. Noelle and I talked to coordinate Kuma's visit, which had to be done early in the morning. Scratching Kuma's fur along the way to keep him settled, we arrived and Noelle was eager to invite him in for a three-week stay. Having a bad hip, he had problems on the hard entrance at the door, but he seemed very much at ease with the place. She assured us that we would get periodic updates.

I was going to reach out to them this morning and woke up to my wife looking distressed, after she had gotten unusually ill overnight. She said that Noelle had been attempting to reach us about an emergency; little did I know that among my messages, I had missed ALL of hers. We contacted her ASAP and learned that Kuma had gotten quite ill, so we started looking for flights to get there today. Meanwhile Noelle rushed Kuma to a vet, who told us that Kuma had a cancer which ruptured. I feel so very sad that Noelle had to deal with this (she says her first time) but my gosh, she cannot be commended enough for how she helped. Just 12 hours ago, she was there in tears accompanying our beloved chow, who had to be helped to sleep after almost 17 years on this earth. We've been in tears all day, knowing this day would come. Noelle was top notch and eased our emotions. I can't recommend enough-
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

Thanks so much! Kona had a great time and hosts were very helpful
Thank you so much. Pup had a great time, great communication, flexibility
They were great and kept us up to speed the whole time we were gone. Would definitely use them again!
Abby had a great time! Thanks
It's a small home with no backyard for the pups, but Noelle and Phillip were great. Accomodating, friendly, good with the dogs. We would definitely use them again. Thanks y'all.
Noelle and Philip seem like perfectly nice people and I applaud their willingness to offer a reasonable rate while so many others jack up prices to simply watch your dog. My dog seemed to have a nice 3 day visit with them but there were a few things that I found alarming. When I picked up Lido he seemed in good spirits but smelled terrible. It seemed like (although he was having fun) he may have been living/sleeping in filth. The next morning he threw up what looked like yarn/string and has had diarrhea for several days since. It's obvious that he ate something he shouldn't have. Although I trust Noelle and Philip it would have been nice if they sent some photos/messages while they were watching Lido. The only updates I received were when I checked in twice to ask specific questions. Again, I trust Noelle and Philip but there were a few red flags that left me concerned.

Hamish had a great time with Noelle and Phillip! On the ride home, you could tell he was pooped out from his fun weekend since he went right to sleep in the car. Noelle and Phillip are both so nice and accommodating too.

I've already scheduled a return stay.

Unfortunately our dog was injured during her stay due to an encounter with an aggressive dog that was also going to stay with N&P.

To their credit, N&P dealt with the situation well: they separated the dogs, contacted the other dog's owner to pick up their dog directly following the incident (and not stay the night as planned), and also cared for Emmy during the remainder of her stay (including a visit to the vet to treat her injuries). She seemed in great spirits and healing well by the time we returned. It was particularly nice in this case that N&P were available throughout the day to play with and care for our pooch.

While I would advise more careful screening of future clients, ultimately a dog watcher must rely on the dog owners to be truthful about their dog's needs and level of aggression. For this reason, I'm giving N&P a good review overall, but wish I could place a poor review on the other dog's owners. I appreciate N&P's care of our dog throughout her stay and would consider using them again in the future.

Thanks again guys.
Happy as usual! Thanks Noelle and Philip!
Noelle and Phillip are perhaps two of the best sitters I've found on dogvacay. They are super nice and took wonderful care of fluffy and coco. Noelle was great at helping fluffy's scraped paws back to their first time with her and she made fluffy felt at easy and relaxed. Every time fluffy and coco comes back home, you can definitely tell they had an amazing time during their stay.

I'll definitely be book more with you guys in the future :)

Noelle and Phillip are a very caring and conscientious couple who made Bella's stay with them comfortable, safe, and fun.
Ruby had a great time. Noelle and Phillip took good care of her, took her on lots of walks (more than I normally do - which is a good thing), and had all of her toys, bed, clothes ready packed and ready to go when I showed up. Would definately use them again.

Great host. Our family, including Charlie the dog, couldn't be happier with the service we got
Grover loves Noelle and Phillip so much, he hardly even noticed when I returned from a 2 week trip :)
Thanks so much Noelle and Phillip for being so kind to our dog Elvis, and your flexibility. We are very thankful for your help and would love to use your services again!
Bella and Choco had a blast with Noelle and Phillip and their dog Kennedy! We would definitely book another vacay!
Noelle and Phillip were great! They were able to handle my very rambunctious pup, Kush, without any issue. You can't find a better deal for a dog host in DC!
She was very accommodating and sent updates on what was going on with the puppies. The dogs were happy and very excited when I got there to pick them up. The dogs also seemed to enjoy Kennedy's company. I look forward to using her again.
Noelle was great! She was completely welcoming and Sweet Dee was immediately comfortable with her. Noelle also sent us email updates while we were on vacation. And Sweet Dee and Noelle's dog Kennedy are now best friends!
