I offer peace of mind in a calm, experienced, and loving home that's set up especially for laid-back adult and senior dogs. Your dog's safety, comfort, and well being will be my priority. My home is the perfect place for dogs needing a low-stress, lower-energy environment and owners who prefer a caregiver with extensive adult and senior experience.
I have spent over 10 years fostering and rehabilitating rescued adult/senior dogs who need training, health care, and lots of TLC. Being a foster mom has taught me how to manage all sorts of behaviors, special needs, and medical issues.
My place is set up for small or medium dogs, but larger is negotiable - just ask. :) I have a medium pet door to the small backyard, carpet for easier traction, no stairs, and ramps. I can do short walks, and always reinforce good manners.
For everyone's safety and comfort, we will not host energetic, aggressive, or unaltered dogs.
There are no cats or children at my home. It is also smoke-free.
I've taken classes in canine massage, CPR, and first aid. My home is very close to the NW Emergency Hospital and my vet.
I require a meet and greet first so that we can get acquainted and answer any questions. My goal is for you to not have a worry when your dog is in my care. Please give me a preferred time for visits/drop off/pick up in any request. Also, it is extremely helpful for me to see your dog's completed profile. :)
You can reach me 24/7, and I can give updates via text or email. I can also provide references - please feel free to ask. Thanks for your interest!
