About Sharon

16 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
I absolutely love dogs! I had a Pug and an Australian Shepherd mix from puppies for 13 years. Three years ago, each developed age-related problems and I lost them. I did not think I would get another dog, but after only a couple months, I realized that I would always want dogs in my life. I rescued a beautiful Aussie mix. After a year, I rescued our little Cookie. She is deaf which seems to make her very accepting to anything. She doesn't mind other animals, even cats. In fact, she acts a lot like a cat, sleeping a lot and lying around being lazy. After a couple years, my Aussie became so restless and unhappy staying in, I found her a home where she had 2 dogs her size and a huge yard to expend her energy. Even though I miss her terribly, I did what was right for her. From the videos, I could see how much happier she was. So I only have Cookie (mini Aussie/Shitzu mix) and my 10-year-old daughter, who loves animals as much as I do. Occasionally I do foster dogs. I live in a quiet neighborhood with lots of dogs, so it is common to see them out for walks. I have many dog training books, but I am not a professional. Just as an added perk, I will work with your dog if you have a specific issue. There is no charge since this is just for fun and I cannot guarantee any results. As my business name suggests, please make sure that flea treatments have been given!!

Sharon was a great sitter, and very professional even though my dog got into some stuff she shouldn't have! Her home is very welcoming and her dog is sweet.
Sharon and her young daughter were very sweet, soft-spoken and gentle... a good mix for my shy little dog. As our first DogVacay host, we were a little nervous dropping her off that first day. Sharon said Mini Mouse looked out the window for a long time. The next morning, however, she skipped right up to the front door limit was hers! We all had scheduling changes, but worked everything out without a hitch.

Sharon was an amazing dogsitter and was great to work with. She even sent us texts and pictures of our dog throughout the week. We will definitely use her again.
Very good. Sharon was really nice!
Sharon her daughter and their own dog were excellent hosts for Obi my 4 month old multipoo. In the three days they taught a couple tricks and helped maintain potty training progress. I highly recommend Sharon. It is obvious she has a big heart for dogs.
