I had at least 8 pets in the past, and since I was younger and had a lot of free time I would try to train them and learn a lot about myself, which included patience, understanding, caring and generosity towards animals.
I lost my dogs due to my mother giving them away, or refusing to look after them while I was at school. And every single time broke my heart....The longest relationship I had with a dog was Solo, he was with me for around 4 years, and i loved him to death, but sadly my mom gave him away.
After much time thinking it over, I would like to share that love with other animals, and if possible help those in need that can't always be around for theirs. Cause I know the feeling of leaving an animal you love out of care, and wondering how they're doing and what I could've done to make it better. I'm finally out of school and would love to invest a lot of my time working with animals.
One of my special skills is the fact some say I have a genuine warmth dogs can feel, and it helps us get along. I think it's because I can walk up to almost any animal with unwavering conviction and want to pet them.
I do have a small backyard, but there is plenty of space to explore and do business if they need a quick frolic. I do give animals a lot of my time, and especially love thinking of new ways to play with them if they're not content with one method. We have a lot of closed doors, so there's no issue if the dog wants to explore or run around the house.
I can guarantee fetch, and since I live near a park I would be able to walk them consistently and without much delay. A lot of my neighbors have pets, so I'm excited to get more experience and grow alongside the current pet I'm looking after.
A day in my house with an animal might just be relaxing, or really exciting.
I don't have money as of yet for consistent dog food or buying a leash, but I can supply the walking and anything else if giving the required materials.
I like giving dogs freedom, but I'm not afraid to help train and give restrictions. I'm not hard on animals and try to give them as much time and affection they need.
