Hi! My name is Samantha and I would love the opportunity to care for your pets and spoil them with lots of snuggles. I have always loved all animals, and have dedicated a large part of my life to helping dogs find loving forever homes. I grew up with two German Shepherds and a poodle, and have volunteered with rescue organizations for the past five years. I began fostering dogs about five years ago to do as much as I could to help find these dogs homes. In December 2019, my husband and I adopted the love of our lives- our pup, Maggie. She is a 4 year old, 40 pound beagle/cocker spaniel/staffie mix with the sweetest temperament. She is great with all dogs and is on the submissive side. My building has a fenced-in dog run area outside, which is the perfect place for introductions during a meet-and-greet and play time during your dog’s stay! I've cared for every type of dog with every type of issue that you could think of, and I've loved every minute of it. While I personally do not have issues with larger dogs, my apartment building unfortunately enforces a weight limit of 60 pounds. I am willing to have dogs in my car (I have a safety buckle for them) if they're up for a trip to the dog park! Or I’m happy to give them nice long walks around the neighborhood. I know that it is never easy to leave your furry friends behind, but they'll be in excellent hands with me!
