I'm not in the place to adopt one myself yet, so it would be an honor for me to care for your little one! Growing up, there was never a time without a dog in the house, so I have many years of caretaking experience of young and old dogs. I know the struggle and apprehension that comes with leaving them for a while and hope that the high level of attention and care I can provide will put your mind at ease. My dad has a dachshund named Stevie-Ray that I take care of occasionally with severe separation anxiety, so I'm comfortable with pets who need extra love and a secure attachment for the stay.
