“I can't say enough good things here about Derek. He helped me out of a huge pinch when I needed a sitter the most. My other two sitters had plans due to the holiday and Derek was able to accomodate at the last minute. He gave very clear instructions on where to bring my dog to introduce to his, and right away they were happy and playing in the back. I got pics and videos later that evening and pickup the next day was seemless. I would trust my dog anytime with him and his family, nothing but a positive experience the whole time.”

He was very much loved and enjoyed his stay with Shauna, Peter and their daughters. We are glad we found them on Rover. They are wonderful! “We boarded our pet with a sitter and Journey was not taken care properly, she was locked in crate for long hours, and she ended up getting sick which resulted in emergency. As a result, Rover helped us find Leslie, helped us transfer Journey from old sitter to Leslie’s home. Leslie was very helpful and she took great care of our dog. Journey recovered very quickly and was very happy with Leslie. I will highly recommend Leslie for her great services. I really appreciate the great care she gave to our dog. “We were impressed with how Ben interacted with our dog (Murphy). His dog experience really showed through. He seemed to understand Murphy's needs and personality. Ben has a wonderful, fenced in backyard - there is lots of room for dogs to sniff and exercise. We also appreciated the updates on how Murphy was doing. We haven't left him much and that gave us such peace of mind. When the time came to pick Murphy up, Murphy was happy to see us, but not desperate to leave!
