I’m Vanessa. I live close to the South Street Seaport with my 7 year old Boston Terrier, Enzo.
Like most NYC’ers, we don’t have a backyard, but we do have a TON of parks available for us to play in and plenty of streets for us to walk on. Like most Boston’s, Enzo is HIGH ENERGY! He loves to play with squeaky balls and ropes, BUT boyyyy does he love to sleep too!
I like to spend a lot of time outdoors and LOVE finding new doggy friendly spots for Enzo and I to hang out in. Also, my sister lives right down the block with her 2 Chihuahua’s, so there’s always extra doggies around to play with. We’re huge doggy people. I can’t remember a single moment growing up when we didn’t have dogs (shih tzu, boxer, golden, pitbull, yorkie)
I’d love to babysit your doggy for a night, or nights, on a weekend or weekday. I am a working girl, though, so just know that if you ask me to babysit your pup on a weekday, he’ll be alone from about 9am to 630 pm. Enzo sleeps most of the day (I imagine), but I get him out on the streets the second I get home. I have a dog walking service right by my apartment that I use, if we need to make those sorts of arrangements.
On the weekends we hit the town! Doggy parks, restaurants, long walks, shopping; whatever the weather permits, really.
In terms of size of doggy I’m willing to take: the smaller the better. I live in a studio, so we don't have a ton of room. While I’d definitely be open to a large dog, I doubt he’d be too happy in my NYC apt. I would never ever want your doggy to stay in a kennel though, so MESSAGE me if you can’t find anyone else!!
Yeah! Let’s have some puppy fun!
Xoxo - Vanessa
