My name is Mike and I've been a dog owner my entire life. I moved to Kansas City from Chicago for work in December 2014 and one of the biggest things I miss is having a dog around to hang out with. I've helped raise two dogs from puppies to adulthood and have experienced all of the highs and the lows of being a pet owner; I can handle any situation that may arise and know how to take care of your pet. I volunteer at Kansas City Pet Project, but am looking for an opportunity to better align pet care with my schedule.
It's important for dogs to feel comfortable around other people so I believe a quick meet and greet would be beneficial for both parties before any commitment is made. I live alone, in a carpeted apartment in Downtown Kansas City and your dog will have free range to walk around, sit, or sleep wherever it pleases. Your dog will receive a walk first thing in the morning, at lunch, and then a long walk at night once I am home from work. I am also free on weekends where your dog will receive my full attention.
I'll be fully accessible by phone and email so you will be able to ask for any updates while you are away. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
