About Elizabeth

25 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
Prior to starting a family I was an SPCA volunteer for many years.

We have a sweet American black short hair cat. All of our pets have always been rescues.

We have a yard with nicely manicured gardens. Its perimeter is defined by shrubbery, trees, plantings and steps. We do have an invisible fence if your can use it. We go outside everyday exploring, smelling and playing.

Working out of the home gives me the time and ability to care for other pets.

All new clients must do a meet-n-greet. At this time I am not taking large breeds.

Elizabeth was wonderful with Sam.
Oliver loved his stay!! Very accommodating!
We are from out of town to move our daughter into her dorm. Elizabeth was very accommodating to our schedule and our dog's needs. We will definitely request her again when we are in Towson and need a place for our dog to stay.
As soon as we arrived, I knew I made a good choice. Elizabeth was very personable and I felt very comfortable leaving Rice with her. She sent me videos throughout the day and I had no worry that he was in good hands. Will definitely use her again in the future.
Elizabeth was so lovely to meet a few days before we left Popcorn with her and I felt good knowing he wasn't going to be in a noisy dog kennel or in a small crate.

Also, I loved the short video update she sent while I was working! It kept my mind off him knowing he was happy and being taken care of. :)
Thanks so much for spending Christmas with our dog Janet, she left extremely happy and well rested. You have a true gift for dogs! Thanks again!
Elizabeth took loving care of my puppy. I was anxious about leaving him but in meeting her before making the reservation and then talking to her when I dropped him off, I felt good and at ease about everything. She and her daughter genuinely love animals and my dog was well cared for. She sent me photos and messages every day. I wouldn't hesitate recommending or making another DogVacay reservation with Elizabeth!
Charlie was very happy here, it was a good experience!
Elizabeth really helped us when we needed a sitter for Ziggy at the last minute. She was great to work with and offered a great place for our big guy to hang out during the day. A great experience!
Elizabeth and her gorgeous daughter were fantastic. Together they are a lovely team of practical and fun. Elizabeth put me at my ease right away. Her home is lovely and has a large garden and immediate are for walks or just run-abouts. She does go for walks though.
My dog is a Malti-poo and has small dog syndrome, she jumped on the couch back and Elizabeth immediately put a duvet there for her. She also was intuitive about what food she needed and when.
I was honestly more concerned about how my dog would treat Elizabeth and her daughter and dog (who is a lovely older sheltie). No worries, Sam loved them and will be going back. Thank you so much Elizabeth.
Elizabeth was great. Our dog Cammy was very happy to spend a few days with Elizabeth and her family. It was a great environment for Cammy; safe, secure, comfortable and fun. What more could a dog want!
Thank you for taking care of our Zoey!
I went to see my new grandchildren and I actually think Cody had more fun than my wife and me;) Great host!!!
Elizabeth was fantastic!! My dog had a great experience. She exercised our young dog. The location is great. She is incredibly friendly.
Elizabeth and her lovely daughter made Cody feel like a king. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the memorial day weekend. He was in good hands!
Elizabeth does such a great job. I have peace of mind when I leave Beatrice Lilly with her. She is conscientious about sending pictures, which I appreciate very much. We look forward to another visit in June.
Another great stay at Elizabeth's. My boys love it there and we have a great vacation knowing they are having fun too.
Elizabeth was the best dog sitter I could have asked for when looking after my 3 year old Corgi for the weekend. The spacious rooms and relaxed atmosphere of her home let my dog get aqcuainted with his surroundings on his own terms. Elizabeth sent a photo every day of my dog's stay to keep me updated, in each one he looked as content and happy as could be, putting my mind at ease. Peace of mind is the best thing you could ask for with a dog sitter, and with Elizabeth I knew my dog was in good hands. I bet he can't wait to go back next time I'm away!
Elizabeth and her family were wonderful hosts to my dog. Although he still has some puppy tendencies, she was patient and loving and my pet came back wagging his tail. Thank you Elizabeth.
Elizabeth did such a great job with Cody sending us pictures to put us at ease. It was also special that her lovely daughter was there to spend time with our little Labradoodle as well. I don't think Cody missed us at all :-) thanks Elizabeth:)
Elizabeth is Wonderful...I am always worried because my dogs are so spoiled. She handles them with love as if they were her own.
Good Job Elizabeth!
I feel so good about leaving my dog with Elizabeth. I know she will receive a lot of TLC.
Again, you helped out very last minute. We are so lucky to have found you. The boys lov spending time with you.
I can't thank Elizabeth enough for helping out with this very last minute play day. The boys are home and sleeping. A sure sign they had a great time.
Elizabeth was a great hostess for Abbey! My dog ran right in and made herself at home. When I picked her up, Abbey was in great spirits, and I could tell she had been loved for the weekend. I will definately trust Elizabeth to care for Abbey again in the future. Thanks so much!!
We were very worried leaving the boys with a new family. Elizabeth sent several messages and photos showing the boys being well cared for and having a great time. Thank you Elizabeth we hope to see you again soon.
Elizabeth had a large and clean home for our small dog to stay for a week while we went on vacation. We would use her again and would recommend to our friends.
This was not a good fit for our dog. Elizabeth was unprepared to handle a young active dog. It appears Annie was left unattended to roam around and eat whatever she wanted, which resulted in some unfortunate accidents. Elizabeth didn't want to deal with her and called us declaring our dog was a 'nightmare'. We needed to find other arrangements for Annie while we were away. Fortunately, Elizabeth was kind enough to transport her to her new home, where she had a great stay.
Elizabeth had a lovely home with a nice yard, just as described. She was extremely flexible, communicative, and my dogs seemed well cared-for. Would recommend
I felt very confident and at ease leaving my dog with Elizabeth. She got excellent care and, I must admit, I think my dog misses her. I would not hesitate to have Elizabeth take her again.
Our Chihuahua had a wonderful two night visit with Elizabeth. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention she received while we away.
