Hi there! I'm a Portland native, back two years after traveling the world. I've always had an affinity with dogs, but was never able to have my own, because I was moving around so much. Since I've been back I've been watching my friends' dogs (and cats) a lot. I have a flexible work schedule, so I'm able to fill gaps in care. I mostly watch a little guy named Syd - a 7 year old Jack Russell mutt, and often for a week at a time. I've also watched larger dogs, and much younger dogs (11 month old lab/pitt mix and a 2 year old golden retriever). I've done it all from pop in to let Blanche out/take her for a walk to live and mom for Monty for just over a month. I've only watched two dogs at the same time, though, so I wouldn't want to watch more than that, until I have experience with dogs I already know. I'm active. I like to walk to run my errands and I have a friend group who likes to hike.
