Go on an Adventure with Indiana Bones! Indiana “Indy” is a 80-pound mix of Golden Retriever, Great Pyrenees, & Anatolian Shepherd. This DogVacay accommodation is only available for stays on the weekends (Friday evening through Sunday evening).
Even though he is a big boy, he is very gentle and plays well with all dogs. Indy visits my parent’s 16-year-old, partially blind, deaf, and crippled cattle dog named Ginger. Indy understands Ginger cannot “play”, so he lets her be except when he wants to give her kisses. One of Indy’s best friends is Ruby, a 20-pound mutt. Ruby likes to bite his ears, and Indy is very gentle with her, even though her teeth are sharp!
My “Raiders of the Lost Bark” is a perfect place for you dog to come play and stay. It’s a ranch with a finished basement and a large fenced-in backyard. On the weekends, Indy likes to come inside and outside all day. There is also a screened-in porch in the backyard where Indy can enter through his doggie door and get some shade.
I live in the basement, and Indy sleeps downstairs with me on his doggie bed. If your dog needs to be kenneled, I have two large kennels he/she can borrow. Otherwise, I have many extra “doggie blankets”. I also have several extra dog food and water bowls, and many dog toys. Indy does not have a problem with sharing.
On the weekends, Indy and I go on a long walk or we go to the dog park. Indy is pretty open minded to any activity! I am usually home all dog on the weekends doing things around the house and the yard.
I have two female roommates that are also dog lovers. If your dog loves people and other dogs, look no further. He/she belongs here!
