Pet care experience
Being a caregiver for over 15 years for children and animals, I have learned to ask myself the question: "Am I giving as much love as I can? Am I keeping him/her safe? Am I keeping him/her healthy?" This question is a great tool for me and has led me to success in any caregiver position such as when I was a nanny, a camp counselor, a mother's helper, dog owner, and babysitter for my relatives' and my sibling’s children. Being a caregiver is a huge responsibility and also, for me, is very rewarding and fun. I can’t wait to meet your pet!
Reviews
Rachael is FANTASTIC!! Our senior golden is used to staying with family members so when we planned a vacation with all of our adult kids we were very nervous about leaving him. Rachael went so above and beyond!!! So conscientious and loving sending us loads of photos and videos. Took lots of notes when we met with her making sure she understood his meds and schedule. Toby looked happy with Rachael and he is mopy even when leave him with family members that he LOVES! I honestly can't imagine finding anyone who would provide better care then Rachael. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her!!
We can't say enough good things about Rachael! She is a compassionate, trustworthy, and loving dog walker/sitter. Her genuine care for our dog, Rex, has been evident from the first time we met her. Her communication is top-notch, keeping me updated on walks and my dog's activities through texts, pictures, and videos. Rachael has brought so much peace of mind to us with our ever-changing work schedules and our dog's daily routine. 10/10!!!
Rachael is fantastic! We love that she checks in throughout the day to let us know when she arrives or leaves, let’s us know when she’ll be returning, and sends TONS of pics (which we especially love)! One of our dogs has daily meds and I felt safe knowing she got them with each meal, and they had plenty of potty breaks. Both of our pups had a blast with her and we were definitely at ease on our vacation knowing they were well cared for. We’ve used Rachael twice now for in-home pet care and we have her booked for a third stay and will definitely continue to use her!
Rachael was amazing! She gave us plenty of updates throughout her stay which made us feel at ease knowing our pups were well taken care of. Because of that, we were truly able to relax and enjoy our vacation without having to worry about leaving our dogs back home!

Breed preferences: Golden Retrievers. Age of the dog, mannerisms, does the dog bark alot?, allergies, favorite toys, favorite snacks, a certain behavior when he needs to go to the bathroom
A typical day
A morning walk around my neighborhood - getting morning sun and movement is a must for humans and dogs. Then the rest of the day is a mystery! We could go hiking, we could go to Marsh Creek Lake area, we could play in the nearby park and fields. Whatever your dog wants and needs to do, I’ll do my best to make that happen.
