I practically grew up around dogs my whole life, and currently have two healthy and happy pups: Butch (6 year old Husky) and Dot (4 year old Labrador mix). BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE -My two family pets that I have grown up with are a Pekingese, Gucci, (my aunt's dog) and a Terrior, Mucci, (my great grandpa's dog) who was mixed with a bunch of other breeds. Both lived up to 13 years old -- sadly they passed away -- and I would dog sit them since I was 14 years old, whenever my family would go out to wine vineyards or go out to parties. At the same time I would babysit my siblings and my little cousins. -My Labradoodle, Blaze, is such a big, beautiful red headed baby. I love him to death and my family has had him for about 2 years. I had to move out to Los Angeles from Berkeley last year for college. He is too big for the place I live at now. -I dog sat the most adorable little English Bulldog a few years back in 2014, and also house sat for my aunt's real estate boss in San Francisco while he was away for 2 weeks. I had never taken care of a bulldog before and Baba definitely taught me a lot on how difficult it is to care for his breed. However, I learned quite quickly and we became really good friends. I was sad to leave him after his owner came back and took Baba to move to France. -My two ex-roommates had a Toy Poodle, Mini, and a Miniature Pinscher, Bella. They worked a lot while they lived with me and I helped them walk, feed and play with their dogs most of the time they weren't home. I have taken care of them for about 4 months. - My two current pups, Butch and Dot, which I have raised when they were both 8 weeks when I got them. I have potty trained and taught them basic commands, as well as a few cool tricks. WHY I LOVE DOG SITTING I love dogs so much and I understand as a dog owner myself that in order for us to give our dogs the happiest life, and top notch food and treats, we must go to our jobs to help us afford these luxuries for our fur babies. Also, as a young individual, I understand the importance of travel and emergency travel for work or family that don't live in the area, which makes having this site convenient for my services to care for your pups and kitties.
