I am a professional trainer with an M.S. in behavior, having worked with all breeds ages and situations. I would love to care for your dog as if they were my own, and I believe that dog training and care is a craft that should be approached with reverence and hard work. I have a great deal of respect for dogs as individual, thinking beings.
I board most of my training client dogs and all of them have been extremely satisfied with their dogs upon pickup. My home environment is calm, quiet, and clean, and dogs are closely supervised when loose, provided with plenty of brain games and enrichment, and should go home happy, a little bit educated, and safe!
NOTE: All dogs in my house will be crated at some time during the day and at night. This is for their safety and security - throwing unknown dogs together recklessly is how stitches happen, and I do not want that - and ALL dogs, no matter how "friendly", are capable. I want your pet to have fun, be safe and healthy, and come home whole! I will not take clients who refuse crating for that reason, as I don't want to risk their dogs or my own even if they think that is acceptable.
I am fine working with dogs that have issues, though if you need a board and train that will be a different rate so please message me. Dogs with human aggression will also need a custom rate to cover the risk to myself. Dogs with dog aggression are no big deal and can be accommodated at the same rate. Please message me for details.
I also carry appropriate liability insurance and a hobbyist exemption that means my services are legal and aboveboard in the city of Tulsa.
