I am a student at Temple, and I was born and raised in Philly. I had an Australian Shepard growing up named Elvis, but unfortunately he got lymphoma and passed away. My family did not get another dog, and I have felt the gaping hole in my heart ever since! I am reduced to baby language at every pup I meet on the street. I definitely consider myself a "big dog" person, so I'm not really afraid of any type of dog or caring for any type of dog. I am on summer break, so my days are pretty lazy! I would be pretty dedicated to a canine friend, probably spending most of my time walking or hiking with them, or at least napping or reading with them! There wouldn't be many times we would be apart- I work nights on Fridays and Saturdays, though. I am currently living at my mom's house in the suburbs, equipped with lots of parks, nature, and a full backyard. I, however, sometimes switch back to my apartment at Temple, where I have a whole two bedroom apartment to myself, with a backyard, and more accessibility to the city. I have a Honda Odyssey with plenty of room for transporting a pup! I would love to have your dog as a walking partner! (love other pets too- have a cat at my parent's house now, love em.)
