About Linda

I am a retired retail manager. I've had pets my entire life. Currently I have three dogs. Echo, a Boxer, Bella a Poodle, and Lexi a Papillon. All three are CGC (Canine Good Citizenship) certified. I've been training dogs for about 7 years. I have trained Bella and Lexi to be therapy dogs so I can take them to the nursing homes. Most of the residents really enjoy our visits. I have completed my apprentice training program with Golden Paw in Joplin, Mo. While leading the group training classes I worked with several rescue dogs. We were hoping by training the rescue dogs it would improve their adoptability and transition to the forever homes they go to..
If you decide to choose me to care for your sweet fur babies, I will treat them like my own. In order to make their stay more comfortable, please provide me with his/her food and any special treats. This will keep them from having an upset tummy. Also bring your dogs bed and one of your old shirts that you've worn and not washed. He/she will fill close to you while your gone. I will need his feeding schedule and if he/she is taking medicine bring it and please leave me with written instruction on when he/she should receive it.. Most important I will need a copy of his health record that shows his shot history and will need to include Bordetella vaccine. I treat my dogs with heart guard and Frontline for ticks and fleas. We've never had either and I require your fur babies to be treated for tick and fleas as well, so we don't ever have that problem.
I have a good sized fenced in back yard for your fur baby to run and play. He/she will be supervised at all times. All the doggie poo is picked up immediately.
Pick up and drop off times are between 8am and 10am. Special circumstances will be considered on individual basis..
I love all dogs and learn something from each one I'm with. I am looking forward to this venture of sharing my home and Fur Family with your fur baby!

Bentley loved his stay with Linda and her paw family. We really liked the photos and videos that Linda took time to send us daily. I feel Linda treated our dog as if he was her own. We live about an hour from Neosho yet it was worth the drive. Linda is the best.
Luna had another great stay with Linda and crew! I am so relieved to have found such a great person to take care of Luna while I am away. I love getting pictures while away and know she is not just sitting in a kennel the whole time.
Luna has a great time with Linda and family! Luna is always happy when she gets to come play and I feel much better about leaving her then I would if it was just at a kennel not getting attention.
Lily had another amazing stay with Linda & crew. Linda sent adorable photos and videos throughout her stay. My pup came home calm and relaxed!
Lily loved staying at Linda's for the week of Christmas and came home calm and well fed (she usually refuses to eat when she's somewhere new, but she acclimated immediately in Linda's home).

Linda was very communicative, sent lots of pictures, and was incredibly accommodating when my travel plans changed. Absolutely one of the best host/boarding experiences ever!
Thank you so much Linda, River had a great time with you!!! I trust you with him.
Linda's home is clean and welcoming. I'm sure my dog enjoyed her stay at Linda's home more than she would a kennel.
We had a wonderful 1st experience. Copper loved Linda and I felt very comfortble from the beginning about leaving Copper. We will definitley be leaving Copper with Linda again. Thank you for all you do for the dogs!!
