We paid to have Heather stay in our home. Our dog had never been left alone, and she knew it. What was promised was not delivered, not even close. Instead of two hours max, as discussed and listed on her profile, a young dog that had never been left alone, was left alone for 6-8 hours, immediately upon our leaving. Communication was completely absent for the first three days, and so was Heather for the most part. Our home is electronically monitored and we know the exact times. When our dog showed signs of stress and acting out, destroying curtains and a window screen, no communication until the day before we returned. Heather said she didn't want to upset us, but communication about issues is the absolute minimum any dog owner expects. The result is a dog who still shows signs of anxiety and acting out, a month after we returned. This was, and continues to be, a disheartening experience with ongoing impacts and costs.

Heather has been such a great addition to our dog walking/sitting. She is dependable and trustworthy. She has come through in last minute requests for us. If I leave a note with special instructions, she is always responsive. And always sends a pict of her time with Lo that day (which I love). And, Lola loves her..... <3 Looking forward to booking Heather again.
