Hello, I'm Ariel and me and my family love to be around dogs! We've had cats for most of the boys life and most of my life so when they were gone it left a hole. My parents got two dogs a few years after my first kitties passed. I was their cuddle buddy and caretaker. I take care of them whenever my parents go out of town and I used to care for a dog myself until she passed. Now our kitties are gone we are looking to fill that void again, but with dogs instead! I have two very energetic kids that love to cuddle and play with dogs! I also have the house set up to be extremely baby/kid proof and doggy proof! There is a dog park less then 5 minutes away from us.
My typical day is spent at home with the kids so it will be refreshing and fun to be able to get out and go to the park, go on walks, run around and play, and then also cuddle and have a good nights sleep! I am a stay at home mom and when I go out my husband is here. We have opposite schedules so someone is usually always home unless it's a morning we go grocery shopping and then we are gone for about an hour or two. The only restrictions I have is that the dog must be child friendly. I can't take a dog that bites because of the kids. Other then that I don't have another restriction as of right now.

I currently work at Old Navy, my position there requires no more than 4 hours of work, 3 days a week and I am a full time student at CSN (all online). For only 12 hours a week I am busy, the rest I am open to take care of your pets. I currently have 6 animals; 4 dogs and 2 cats. My rabbit recently died at 10 years old a few weeks ago. I have taken care of fish, hamsters, Guinea Pigs, dogs, and cats. Due to me being the only one in the house during the day, I take care of my animals. Feeding, grooming such as baths, and cleaning (litterboxes as well as toys and areas which the animals have messed with).

A nice nearby dog park is Arroyo Grande Park, they have a nice empty one which normally doesn't have too many dogs there. If you are looking for a more busy park for the pups to play there is a nice one called Sunset Dog Park which constantly has dogs there. If you are looking to just get the dogs out to a park, both above have tons of space and trails that I could walk them through.

**What to expect**
I have 6 animals, which means there is always one that wants to cuddle or play. I love playing and cuddling with my animals. I can always tell when my dogs get anxious and need to go outside, at least once a day I make sure to let my dogs out for a walk. I have all types of dogs, slow, fast, lazy, and hyper. Which means that every walk is different and I adjust to make sure that each animal gets what they need/want out of their strolls or runs,

If your animal is super aggressive I would prefer if I could meet the animal with the owner, maybe over the course of a few days prior so the animal can get to know me first.

They have been a very big part of my life and I know they can be a great addition to anyone's life and family. They add unconditional love and joy that is like no other. All kinds and different breeds they all are very special in their own way. Anywhere from active and playful to mellow and lazy I truly enjoy all of them. I believe that exercise and play is very important and lots of love. My husband shares my passionate love for dogs but we lost our dog a few months ago and are not ready for a puppy yet. When we heard about this website we knew that this was perfect for us.

We love all types and breeds of dogs- but ask that yours is potty trained and dont have aggressive tendencies!

We have a large home in Green Valley Ranch right by The District with a huge backyard for playing and lounging. We have a huge grass area and oversized pool. However, if you're worried about the water we can keep them separated - that's ok too. They will never be left alone in the backyard at any time during their stay. We love to go on walks around our neighborhood or to the local trails and parks located just blocks away from us!

I am currently going to school to become a vet tech! I love all animals and believe they deserve love! I have been in dog/cat/oppossum rescue for almost 8 years and have been listed as emergency rescue foster for 2 years! I prefer to pet sit in the owner's home as it lets the pets know they are not being rehomes.

I currently have 2 fur kids of my own. 1 sphynx cat and 1 torbie cat! They are my pride and joy. We live in an apartment that has pretty spacious outside with green grass. I believe in keeping my pets pretty close to me or putting bells or noise on them so even if they aren't in my line of sight I know I hear them wandering around. I'm a firm believer of leaving blankets/beds around so they can feel at home and know it's okay if they want to hide under their safety blanket. I can clip dog and cat nails(for simple $5 or 10, it's set this way as if I have to cover them to cut their nails it's going to be $10), willing to walk with dogs, willing to help them feel safe in their home as their humom or hudad is away.

**About my neighborhood**
My neighborhood is a relatively good area. It's mostly side walk so there will be little to no pads on the ground. There is also a nature preserve near by. I'm still fairly new to the area, so it'll be an adventure for both of us! The apartment complex I live in has plenty of lush grass for your pup to run and play in!

**What to expect**
Cuddles, belly rubs, plenty of walking(within the local area, ie walking up green valley parkway or mountain vista), play time, and minor grooming(taking out grass of their toes and maybe even some brushing of teeth)

**Special rules or requests**
I prefer being told bad habits at the first interaction, ie lunging at other dogs in play or anger, lunging at skateboards, any irritants of the dog, and interaction with people. Does your animal have any special needs?
